Procedure

Phase A : Heat up to 75°C under stirring.

Phase B : Add to phase A then stir until homogeneous while heating to 75°C.
Phase C : Pre-mix then add it to phase AB and stir for 15 minutes at 75°C until homogeneous.
Phase D : Heat up to 75°C under stirring until homogeneous then add it to phase ABC and stir
until homogeneous. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Phase E : Add slowly to phase ABCD then stir until homogeneous.
Phase F : Stir until homogeneous then add it to phase ABCDE and homogenize.
Phase G : Stir until dissolved then add it to phase ABCDEF and homogenize.
Supplement in water, homogenize then adjust pH to 5,5-6,5.

Procedure

Phase A : Add water in to the main mixing vessel and begin heating to 80°C. Add EDTA and mix
until dissolved. Add the humectants and Amaze® XT, one by one and mix for 15 minutes.
Phase B : Weigh out all ingredients of phase B and heat to 80°C. Add to phase A and homogenize
for 3 minutes.
Phase C : Add to phase AB while homogenizing. Mix until the mixture cools to 40°C.
Phase D : Add to phase ABC, one by one, homogenizing between additions. Homogenize once
again for 1 minute at 6000rpm.
Adjust pH to 4,5-5,5.

Procedure

Phase A : Add water into the main mixing vessel and begin heating to 80°C. Add EDTA and mix
until dissolved. Add the humectants and Amaze® XT, one by one and mix for 15 minutes.
Phase B : Weigh out all ingredients of phase B and heat to 80°C. Add phase B to phase A and
homogenise for 3 minutes.
Phase C : Add phase C to phase AB while homogenising. Mix until the mixture cools to 40°C.
Phase D : Add phase D to phase ABC, one by one, homogenising between additions.
Homogenise once again for 1 minute at 6000rpm.
Adjust pH to 4,5-5,5.

OVERVIEW
What a funny texture you might say ? Yes, but a little bit tricky to obtain ! Based
on a molecular cooking method, this mask is made of two gels. The gel inside is
obtained thanks to SAFIC’ Care T GXG which allows the suspension of the
absorbing powder ImerCare® 03D and the effect pigments. The envelope is
made with SAFIC’ Care T A 80-400 which allows to create a strong but flexible
film when in combination with a Calcium Chlorure solution. To use this mask,
gently press one bead in your palm until breaking the shell and apply the
iridescent gel onto your skin. After a few minutes remove the mask with a
cotton pad and water.

PROCESS PROPERTIES
PHASE A : Place hot water under stirring. APPEARANCE : Thick yellow
PHASE B : Pre-mix then add it to phase A and heat up to 85°C under stirring cream.
