A. Routine Maintenance

 LT/HT panel checkups and transformer oil level
 Data logging and SCADA performance analysis

B. Corrective Maintenance

 Identification and isolation of faults (string, inverter, or connection)


 Coordination with OEM for component under warranty
 Emergency repair/replacement (within 48 hours response time)

C. Reporting

 Daily generation and performance reporting (via SCADA)


 Monthly technical reports and PR analysis
 Annual system health check report

D. Manpower Responsibility

 Onsite supervision by trained O&M engineer


 Technicians available for regular and emergency work
 Coordination with DISCOM and plant owner

E. General Terms

 Validity: 12 months
 Uptime commitment: ≥98.5%
 GST extra as applicable (18%)
 Payment: 50% advance, 25% mid-year, 25% on completion
 Penalty: 0.5% per day for major unattended issues beyond 3 days
