Speaking diagnosis – Pre-course evaluation

1. What kind of house or flat do you want to live in in the future?

In the future, I aspire to live in a cozy and sustainable house nestled amidst nature. Ideally, I
envision a small yet comfortable home with large windows that allow ample natural light to
fill the space. A spacious garden or backyard would be perfect for growing my
own organic produce and creating a serene outdoor retreat.

2. Are the transport facilities to your home good?

Yes, the transport facilities to my home are quite good. There are multiple options available
for commuting. Public buses operate regularly and cover a wide network, providing
convenient access to various parts of the city. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily
available, providing flexibility and convenience.

3. Do you prefer living in a house or a flat?

Personally, I prefer living in a house rather than a flat. Houses offer more space and privacy,
which I value greatly. I enjoy having a backyard or garden where I can relax, plant flowers, or
even have a small vegetable patch. Houses also provide a sense of ownership and the
freedom to customize the living space to my liking.

4. Please describe the room you live in

The room I live in is cozy and comfortable. It's a bedroom that I have personalized to reflect
my style and preferences. The walls are painted a calming shade of blue, and there is a large
window that allows plenty of natural light to enter. In one corner, I have a comfortable bed
with soft pillows and a warm blanket. Adjacent to it is a study desk where I can work on
assignments and projects.

5. What part of your home do you like the most?

The part of my home that I like the most is the living room. It's a cozy and inviting space
where my family and I spend quality time together. The comfortable sofa and soft lighting
create a relaxing atmosphere. Also, it's a versatile area where we engage in various activities
like watching movies, playing board games, or simply having conversations.
6. How long have you lived there?

I have been living in my current house for about three years. Over the years, I have made it
my own by personalizing the decor and creating a warm ambiance. I have formed
connections with my neighbors and have grown accustomed to the amenities and services
in the area.

7. Do you plan to live there for a long time?

No, I do not plan to live in my current house for a long time. I see it as a temporary
residence. In the future, I aspire to explore different places and possibly move to a new city
or country for various reasons, such as career opportunities, personal growth, or cultural
experiences.

8. What's the difference between where you are living now and where you have lived in
the past?

The main difference between where I am living now and where I have lived in the past is the
size and pace of the city. Previously, I lived in a small town with a close-knit community and
a slower lifestyle. The current city I reside in is much larger, bustling with activity and
offering a wider range of amenities and opportunities.

9. Can you describe the place where you live?

I live in a cozy apartment located in a bustling residential area. It's a vibrant

and diverse neighborhood with various amenities nearby. Within walking distance, there are
grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, making daily errands convenient. Also,
the architecture is a mix of modern buildings and traditional houses, creating an interesting
blend of old and new.

10. What room does your family spend most of the time in?

My family spends most of our time in the living room. The room is furnished with
comfortable sofas, a television, and a cozy atmosphere. It is the heart of our home and
serves as a multifunctional space for relaxation, entertainment, and bonding. We gather in
the living room to watch movies, have conversations, and enjoy quality time together.

11. What's your favorite room in your apartment/house?

My favorite room in my apartment is definitely the living room. It serves as a versatile space
where I can relax, entertain guests, and spend quality time with my family. The living room is

It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, whether I'm reading a book or watching a
movie.

In my home, several things make me feel pleasant. One of them is the cozy
and inviting atmosphere. The soft lighting, comfortable furniture, and warm colors create a
soothing ambiance that immediately puts me at ease. Another aspect that brings me joy is
the presence of personal touches, such as family photographs, artwork, and sentimental
objects. They remind me of cherished memories and create a sense of belonging.

13. Do you think it is important to live in a comfortable environment?

Yes, I believe it is important to live in a comfortable environment. A comfortable living

environment positively impacts our overall well-being and quality of life. It enables us to

environment allows us to focus better, be more productive, and pursue our goals
effectively.
