2. Relative to this, a Division Staff Orientation Workshop (DSOW) shall be held
on June 30, 2025, at ElJardine Event’s Place, 9:00 o’clock A.M. The PMT,
Core Faculty, Expansion Faculty, are advised to attend the scheduled DSOW.
3. The Training Matrix shall be presented during the DSOW.

5. This serves as an AUTHORITY TO TRAVEL by the participants during the
DSOW and actual training. Travel expenses during the DSOW shall be
chargeable to local / school MOOE fund subject to usual accounting and auditing
rules and procedure. However, during the training proper, travel expenses of
the Core Faculty, Expansion Faculty, and PMT shall be chargeable to the
downloaded fund Sub-ARO-RO1- 25-0792. In case the computed travel
reimbursement exceeds the amount allocated to each as per Sub-ARO
guidelines, it shall be chargeable to local / school MOOE fund.
6. Service Credits or Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) shall be granted to the
participants and members of the Core & Expansion Faculty, Program Management
Team if the activity falls on a holiday, weekend, or cancellation or suspension of
classes and work in Government Offices due to typhoon, flooding or weather
disturbances, and calamities pursuant to the guidelines specified in DepEd Order
No. 53, s. 2003 on the Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits
to Teachers and CSC-DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary
Renumeration for Overtime Services Rendered, whichever is appropriate and
applicable.
7. Wide dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is hereby
directed.
