Greetings from DLF Public School—A Thinking School With a Soul!

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
At DLF Public School, we believe that the leaders of tomorrow are nurtured
today—not just through academics, but through the values, vision, and voice
they cultivate.

In this spirit, we are delighted to launch the second edition of the Inter-Class
Wall Magazine Competition, themed:
‘The World of Tomorrow – Powered by Kindness & Innovation’

This edition invites our young Delfites to envision a future rooted in empathy,
shaped by innovation, and driven by purpose. Each class will contribute a
creative display that brings together imagination, research, and design thinking.

Topics for Each Grade:

● Class IV: The Future We Imagine!

What will our world look like in 2050? From AI classrooms to green homes—
students reimagine life in the future.

● Class V: Core Skills for the Future – A Skills Builder Showcase

Students will design the entire Wall Magazine board focusing on how they apply
Skills Builder Core Skills—like Teamwork, Creativity, Problem Solving, or
Staying Positive—in their everyday learning. The display should highlight: What
skill(s) they use, where and how they use them (subjects, clubs, projects), why
these skills matter, and how they’ve grown by using them. Boards must be
visually appealing and include real-life examples from subjects and activities,
along with logos, icons, drawings, charts, and materials from the Skills Builder
Hub.
● Class VI: Technology for a Greener Planet!

Explore how innovation—solar energy, green transport, smart agriculture—


can help restore and preserve the planet. Students will also create a poster to
highlight how they apply Skills Builder Core Skills such as Problem Solving,
Teamwork, or Aiming High in science labs, eco-club drives, or project-based
learning. Visuals, subject-based connections, and website elements should be
included.

● Class VII: Empathy & Innovation – How Kindness Drives Progress!

Inventions inspired by compassion—affordable prosthetics, clean water


solutions, inclusive tech—students spotlight how empathy fuels
breakthrough ideas.

● Class VIII: The Human Touch in a Digital World

Can technology deepen human connection? From online mental health apps
to virtual therapy, explore digital empathy.

● Class IX: Breakthroughs That Will Change the World!

A deep dive into revolutionary developments—AI, biotechnology, space


missions—and how they will shape our tomorrow.

● Class X: Future Challenges – Will Technology Solve or Create Problems?

Students question the ethical side of progress: data privacy, AI biases, digital
overload—can we innovate responsibly?

● Class XI: Smart Cities & Future Lifestyles

What will future urban life look like? Explore transport, energy, waste
management, and inclusive design in tomorrow’s cities.

● Class XII: The Future of Humanity – Will Innovation Make Us Kinder?

Balance technological growth with emotional intelligence—can progress lead


to a more compassionate, inclusive, and equitable world?
Special Initiative for Class XI-A and XII-A:
Sugar Awareness Boards (As per CBSE Recommendation)

Students will design engaging visual boards that highlight:


- Recommended daily sugar intake
- Hidden sugars in common packaged foods and sugary snacks
- Health risks like obesity, diabetes, and dental issues
- Smart swaps and healthy alternatives for better nutrition

This health literacy initiative encourages informed food choices among students.
