Solar Power System Installation Plan

📋 System Overview

- Solar Panels: 2 × 585W (Total 1170W)

- MPPT Charge Controller: 80A
- Power Inverter: 2000W (Pure Sine Wave)
- Battery: 12V, 200Ah (Tubular or AGM)
- Daily Load: 1 Air Cooler, 1 Ceiling Fan, 1 LED Light, 1 Wi-Fi Router, Mobile Chargers

🔌 Power Generation & Consumption Estimate

- Solar Generation: 1170W × 5 hours = 5.8 kWh/day (approx.)

- Daily Load Consumption: ~2.3 kWh/day
- Battery Backup: 12V × 200Ah = 2.4 kWh (usable: ~1.6 kWh)
- System is sufficient for day load and light night load.

⚙️Wiring & Connection Plan (Simplified)

1. Connect the two 585W solar panels in series (to produce ~80V DC).
2. Connect solar output to MPPT Charge Controller (80A).
3. Connect MPPT output to 12V 200Ah battery using proper DC wires with fuse.
4. Connect battery to 2000W Pure Sine Wave inverter using thick DC wire (minimum
16mm²).
5. Connect inverter AC output to load (cooler, fan, charger, etc.) via breaker.
6. Use proper earthing, fuse, DC breaker, SPD (Surge Protection Device).

Safety & Installation Advice

- Use proper gauge wires: 6mm² or 10mm² for solar, 16mm² for battery to inverter.
- Always install DC fuse between panel & charge controller and battery & inverter.
- Use branded equipment: Exide, Phoenix, Inverex, Tesla, Homage.
- Avoid cheap modified sine wave inverters.
- Keep system well ventilated and protected from moisture.
- Get installation done by a trained solar technician.
✅ Conclusion

This system is well-balanced and fully capable of running your selected daytime load
efficiently, with reasonable backup support during the evening. It also allows scope for
limited expansion in the future.
