PERFORMANCE TASKS with RUBRICS

Performance Task 1
Choose one business industry and analyze it using Porter’s Five Forces of
Competitive Position. Use the rubrics below.

15 points – Exceptionally well-presented and argued, ideas are detailed, well-


developed, supported with specific evidence and facts, as well as
examples and specific details. Clear and definite answers.
10 points – Ideas are present but not particularly developed and supported, some
evidence but usually of a generalized nature.
5 points – No clear ideas presented and very vague

Performance Task 2
Make a simple SWOT Analysis of the sector of agriculture by outlining its strength,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Give at least three factors in each element.

Performance Task 3
You wanted to expand your sari-sari store and borrow money from the government
or any banks. As you go over the requirements, you found out that they need
collateral but you don’t have any. Write a brief and concrete ways to measures on
how to encourage more small entrepreneurs in the community.

Performance Task 4
Submit your portfolio.
