2023 following his inspirational journey through Japan, Korea, and Thailand. During his travels, Mr.
Manlapaz encountered a highly successful wellness center and engaged in extensive discussions with
its owner. Recognizing the similarities in customer demographics and market dynamics between
these Asian countries and his hometown, he identified a promising opportunity. After conducting

Upon surveying the local customer base, and finding a potential facility location, Mr.
Manlapaz incorporated Serenity Path Holistic Wellness Center as an S-Corporation on July 15, 2023
The business is currently being run out of Mr. Manlapaz private offices, but once the lease on
Serenity Path Holistic Wellness Center’s commercial location is finalized, all operations will be run
from there.

Serenity Path will develop a 2,500-square-foot facility whose key elements will include the

Booking and Cancelation Policies:


 Reservation and cancellation must be done at least 2 hours before class starts. You will
receive an automated email notification if your reservation goes through.

 Please settle the class fee within 4 hours after booking. Mode of payment includes Gcash,
BPI, and credit card via PayPal (transaction fee applies). Reserved classes are not confirmed
unless payment has been settled.
 Send your proof of payment to [email protected] or upload it to your profile at
www.serenitypath.com always bring your receipt in case the attending coach requires it on
the 1st day you are using the package or dropping in.
 When booking under a "12 Classes Shareable Card", use the email address that was used to
purchase. You may book for up to 4 attendees per class. Initially, the system will show that
you’ll be charged for the additional attendees but this will auto-correct at the end of the
booking process.
 If you encounter difficulties accessing your existing packages on the site, you may simply
book your class as drop-in and we will manually input your attendance on your class cards.
 If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, cancel your reservation 2 hours before class
through the “View Booking” link sent to your confirmation email. Click “Ticket Options”,
then “Cancel Ticket.” Failure to cancel your class online will count as one session in your
class card or forfeiture of your drop-in fee. A no-show will count as one attended class.

Revenue and Cost Drivers


Serenity Path Wellness Center revenues will come primarily from the services rendered.

As with most services, labor expenses are the key cost drivers for wellness centers. Specialists are
salaried. Wellness center treatments typically require the provider to have licensure or certification in
their field; therefore, attractive compensation packages are necessary to maintain a qualified staff.

The major cost drivers for the company’s operation will consist of:
