given at the end of the lecture. Online examination will be utilized using google forms. Problem sets are to solved through team effort to maximize peer tutoring and
cooperative learning. Outputs are collected for evaluation. Individual contribution to group will be rated by the instructor and by the co-group members.

VIII. Class Policies
1. Student must follow the university policies.
2. Attendance policy as stipulated in the student manual will be strictly implemented.
3. There will be two major examinations (midterm and final examinations). Special examination will only be applicable for major examinations upon presentation
of a valid excuse letter along with pertinent document as medical certificate and the like. The special exam must be taken within one (1) week after the student
has returned to class. Failure to request for special exam or provide the excuse letter or medical certificate would mean a score of zero for the exam. Removal
examination will be given to students if the computed final grade is below 75% but not lower than 70%.
4. Everyone has an equal right to be educated efficiently and comfortably. Students with disabilities are encouraged to discuss their individual needs and
accommodation (e.g. sitting in front for those with visual or hearing problems.)
5. Students are encouraged to do group study since it is usually more effective than studying alone. Student participation is highly recommended. Board works and
seat works will be given for practice purposes and as part of self-exploration and discovery.
6. All requirements, exercises, and plates must be submitted or complied within the deadline stated. Late submission will not be considered unless an extension is
allowed.
7. Student attempting to cheat will be given warning. Student caught cheating will automatically get a score of zero and may also be brought to the dean/guidance
counselor for counselling and/or disciplinary action.
8. A hard copy of a final grade is available at the office of the dean for student’s verification.
