building codes, NABH guidelines, NBC,
fire safety norms and statutory health
regulations.

1.10 Minimum Eligibility Criteria idders must demonstrate experience of

completing similar residential/ non-
residential building works within the last 7
years, supported by valid client
certificates. Joint ventures are not
allowed. Financial criteria include
average annual turnover of at least 40%
of project cost over 3 years, positive net
worth, bank solvency of 40%, and profit in
at least one of the last three years.

satisfied himself in all respect before
quoting his rates and no claim or extra
charges whatsoever in this regard shall
be entertained / payable by the NBCC at

1.17 Access by Road ontractor, if necessary, shall build

temporary access roads to the actual site
of construction for the works at his own
cost to make the site accessible.
Non-availability of access roads or
approach to site, for the use of the
contractor shall in no case condone any
delay in the execution of work nor be the
cause for any claim for compensation.

1.18 Handing over and Clearing of Site he Contractor should note that area for
T
construction may be made available in
phases as per availability and in
conjunction with pace of actual progress
of work at site.
The efforts will be made by the NBCC to
handover the site to the Contractor free of
encumbrances. However, in case of any
delay in handing over of the site to the
Contractor, the NBCC shall only consider
suitable extension of time for the
execution of the work.
