DURATION OF THE PROJECT


10 months

The general objective of the project:


. Increasing the efficiency of the company VENNA International SRL, Bacău county
reorganization of internal processes and support for decision-making improvement
management with the help of an appropriate IT solution for the needs
Firming the domain of this activity.

Specific objectives of the project:


1. Implementation of an ERP system at VENNA International SRL, Brașov County,
a system that covers the following functional areas: financial management;
the management of supply, storage, and goods management; management
customers; management of fixed assets in use;

2. Implementation of 2 software applications for the business management of the Company:


software for truck management that allows real-time tracking
actual stock for each truck separately, from the moment it is loaded with
goods from suppliers' warehouses until delivery to the customer;
software for inventory management that ensures automation
specific operations carried out in the warehouse through barcode technology
bare.

Justification for the need to implement the project


This project is necessary as it leads to the resolution of the following
problems/needs of the Company:

PROBLEM/NEED 1:
The software solution currently used by the company does not allow for the exercise of control.

of the offers;
1.9. Drafting the minutes of the evaluation of the offers and of
awarding of the winning bid;
1.10. Communication of the procedure results to the bidders;
1.11. The publication of the award announcement in a local/national newspaper;
1.12. Signing the contract.
2. Implementing an ERP system. Subactivities: Needs analysis; Development of

8.2 Receiving and analyzing offers;
8.3 Signing of the project promotion contract;
8.4 Reception of promotion services regarding writing and publishing a
press release announcing the start of the project in a local newspaper and of a
