who hereinafter will be called THE CONTRACTOR on one part and on the other SAMUEL
CASTAÑEDA BARRERA, identified with Citizenship ID number 19.092.800, in

Bogotá, authorized by the Superintendency of Surveillance and Private Security according to

EIGHTH.-The personnel that the CONTRACTOR employs at their own expense in the development of their
work in the OIKOS ARISTAS BUILDING FIRST AND SECOND STAGE P. H, is under its
full legal and performance responsibility, it being clear and agreed that there is no
employment relationship between the CONTRACTING PARTY and the personnel of the CONTRACTOR, previously referenced.

NINTH.- This contract is backed by the liability insurance policy


extracontractual for an amount equivalent to TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE MILLION
EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($235´800,000). This policy is an integral part of

ELEVENTH.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY: 1) Pay the contractor the price
agreed as compensation for the service under the terms of this contract 2)
