Objective/s:
At the end of this activity, you should be able to:
Apply key Excel formulas, including Text-to-Columns for data organization, Conditional
Formatting using the IF function to dynamically highlight important information, CountIF
for counting specific data entries, removing duplicates for cleaner datasets, and
VLOOKUP for retrieving data from large tables, thereby improving their analytical
capabilities and data management efficiency

Procedure:
1. Refer to the google drive link provide below to download the raw files. Create a video
performing the following tools/functions:
1.1. Text-to-Column
1.2. Conditional Formatting (use IF Function)
1.3. CountIF
1.4. Removing Duplicate
1.5. VLOOKUP

Note: You may download the files to edit.
2. The video must show your face and the tasks you’re performing in one frame. Video must
not be more than 30minutes long and under 10minutes.
3. Upload the video in your google drive and share it to my email
jamabulac@[Link] so I can have access to your output. Do not share or
enable sharing your file to public. Copy and paste the link to a word file and
upload it to the LMS following the format:
LastName_Firstname_ITE101_MachineProblem002.
Note: If student is below 18years old, you are required to attach a written consent signed by your
parent or guardian; or you may opt not to include or blur your face in the video. This is also a
reminder that the video being submitted will never be disclosed to anyone. It will only be between
the student and mentor.
