Today i.e., on 14.09.2021 at 03.10 hrs received a Telugu written statement of Sri [Link] S/o
Hussain, age 42 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o [Link].16-2-279/9, Mumtaz colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad
w h i c h r e a d s a s f o l l o w s
Facts of the case are that on 14.09.2021 at 03.10 hrs received a Telugu written
statement from Sri [Link] S/o Hussain, age 42 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o [Link].16-2-279/9, Mumtaz
colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad admitted in Gandhi Hospital on 14.09.2021 at 00.45 hrsvide [Link].
6084 recorded by [Link] Reddy, SI of police Osmania University PS on 14.09.2021 at 02.30
hrs in Gandhi Hospital wherein he stated that he is having a mobile shop by name Mobiles Inn at
Chirag Ali lane, Abids. On 13.09.2021 at about 22.30 hrs his son Abdullah closed the mobile shop
and starten to his home on Royal enfield bike along with Abdul Rahman. At about 23.30 hrs while
he was having dinner his son Abdullah called him over phone and informed him that he was met
with an accident with other bike and they are quarrelling. Immediately he along with his relatives
reached Mothi market and near Ganesh Idol 10 unknown persons were quarelling with his son
Abdullah. He along with his relatives Syeed and Ibrahim asked them why are you quarelling for
which they beaten them with Iron rod and chairs for which the received injuries to his right leg and
head. Syeed and Ibrahim also got injuries to their head. Immediately police personnel shifted them
to Gandhi hospital for treatment. Hence he requested to take necessary action.
