Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 global priorities adopted by the UN

to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity and peace by 2030. They
guide policies and actions across countries to create inclusive, resilient, and
sustainable societies.
Overview

The SDGs integrate social, economic, and environmental objectives so development

today does not compromise future generations. They encourage partnerships,
innovation, and accountability to achieve measurable progress worldwide.
The 17 goals

social protection, decent livelihoods, and access to basic services. Tackle
vulnerabilities from shocks and disasters to ensure no one is left behind.

 Goal 2: Zero Hunger. End hunger and all forms of malnutrition by ensuring
year-round access to safe, nutritious food. Promote resilient, sustainable
agriculture and equitable food systems.
