Subject: Participation of KVs in the International Value Education Olympiad (JVEO) 2025- reg.
Madam/Sir,
The International Value Education Olympiad (TVEO) 2025, organized in collaboration with the
United Nations Environment Programme - Faith for Earth (UNEP-FfE), the Ministry of
Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC) and aligned with Mission LiFE and the UN
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aims to foster human values, environmental
consciousness and responsible citizenship among students of Classes V-XJJ. The details are as
under:
. Mode of Participation:
• Offline Exam (through OMR sheets): For students of Classes V-XJI.
• Online Exam & Registration: For students of Classes V-Xll, for the KVs under th« n'ginn
except the ones mentioned for offline exams. Students can register online and directly
download Olympiad study material and books from the website. Last Date for Online
Registration: 30.09.2025
• Registration Fee: No registration or examination fee for students.
• Online Exam: 05.10.2025 (9:00 a.m.) to 06.10.2025 (9:00 a.m.)
• Offline Exam: 30th - 31st0ctober 2025 (No Registration required)
Participation Process:
• For Offline Exam
o Olympiad study material, OMR sheets, and pre-printed envelopes will be
dispatched to schools.
o Question papers (Classes V-XIT) will be emailed to coordinators 2-:1 d,1\·s ht,fl irt' llw
exam in a password-protected format.
o Schools must conduct the exam and return OMR sheets in the provided envelopes
latest by 05.11.2025.
• For Online Exam:
o Students may register online by 30.09.2025 and download Olympiad study material
from www.veolympiad.com give exam from this website.

s part of IVEO 2025' s action-based learning, all students may participate in a Nest Making
• tivity using eco-friendly or easily available materials. The tutorial video is available at:

o For KVs participating through Offline: School coordinator teacher must share pictures of
participating students' work in the designated WhatsApp group (to be created by the
IVEO team once coor inator details are received) by 04.10.2025.
o For KV s participating through Online Students can upload pictures of their assignments
directly on the portal by 04.10.2025.
Result & Felicitation Ceremony:
Results will be declared through an automated system and will be informed to KVs.
The Felicitation Ceremony will be held on 23.11.2025 at ISKCON Delhi Auditorium, where top-
performing students and schools will be felicitated by the Union Minister of Environment along
with international dignitaries.
In view of the above, it is requested to Deputy Commissioners of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur,
Lucknow and Varanasi Regions to send a consolidated list of KV s alongwith other details
(for offline Exam) as per Annexure-I by 26.09.2025 (10:00 a.m.) at the email
[email protected] so that the same may be forwarded to the IVEO 2025 team for
dispatch of Olympiad books and OMR sheets and share the above information to KVs.
Additionally, it is requested to DCs of all Regions (except Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Lucknow
and Varanasi) to send a consolidated list of KVs along with other details (for Online Exam) as per
Annexure-II by 26.09.2025 (10:00 a.m.) to the above email ID and share the above information to
KVs. Students from these Regions may register online by 30.09.2025 and download Olympiad
books directly from www .veolympiad.com and appear through online exam as per above
schedule.
