Quotation for Supply Agreement of Water Bottles
Hey Sir/Madam,
We are delighted to offer the following quotation for a Supply Agreement of Water
Bottles. Skytan, a prominent water supplier and marketing brand, is dedicated to
providing high-quality water bottles with custom labeling solutions designed to
promote and advertise our clients' brands. Our expertise in marketing ensures that
each water bottle functions as a powerful promotional tool, helping to increase

1. The Agreement will begin on the contract date and remain in effect until the
complete delivery of the labeled bottles.
2. The Buyer is required to pay an initial deposit minimum of Rs. 25,000. The number
of bottles contracted will be equal to the amount of Initial deposit.
3. All payments except initial deposit will be due after the sale of the respective
number of labeled bottles as per the terms outlined in the contract.
4. Skytan guarantees delivery of water bottles as per the required quantities within
the agreed time frame. There must be a minimum gap of 15-20 days between two
consecutive orders.
5. We offer customized labeling and marketing solutions for your business including
your name, special offers, direction maps, and other promotional activities through
QR codes. Additionally, we provide design services tailored to your specific
requirements, ensuring a unique and engaging experience for your customers.
6. Both parties will maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information
exchanged throughout the term of this Agreement, including pricing, contract terms,
and any additional offers.
7. As an alternative, you may design your own labels with all the required
information and provide the finalized design to me for the bottle packaging process.
Option 1: ZEN - 1 LITRE
Introducing Zen, a premium-quality 1 Litre round water bottle designed for both
functionality and marketing impact. Each bottle is elegantly labeled with a
customized "Zen" design, complete with a QR code for easy access to exclusive
content or promotions. Zen bottles are available in boxes of 12, priced at Rs. 180 per
box. The price on the label is adjustable according to your needs, offering flexibility
for different markets or promotional strategies. As an added benefit, the pricing can
be seamlessly updated, ensuring that your business can remain competitive and
responsive to demand.
Option 2: ZEN - 500 ML
Introducing Zen—a high-quality 500-milliliter round water bottle designed to be both
useful and great for marketing. Each bottle has a stylish "Zen" label that can be
customized and includes a QR code for quick access to special content or offers.
Packed in boxes of 24 and priced at Rs. 220 per box, the price on the label can be
adjusted to fit different markets or promotions. This makes it easy to keep your
business competitive and adapt to changing demands.
Option 3: PYRAMID
Presenting Pyramid, a high-quality water bottle featuring a distinctive pyramid shape
that blends practical use with a unique design. Each bottle is beautifully labeled with
a custom "Pyramid" logo, accompanied by a QR code for easy access to exclusive
offers or content. Pyramid bottles come in boxes of 12, priced at Rs. 200 per box.
The label price can be modified as per your convenience, allowing flexibility for
various market conditions or promotional campaigns. Additionally, with the support
of our supplier, Skytan, the pricing can be easily adjusted, ensuring your business
