which you bring in original -THIS IS ESSENTIAL. Please hand over this Admit Card along with photocopy of Photo Identity document duly stapled together to the Venue-in-
Charge. Currently, valid Photo Identity document may be PAN Card/Passport/ Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo
Identity document issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead along with photograph/Photo Identity document issued by a People’s Representative on official letter head
along with photograph/Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar Card with a photograph/ Employee ID/Bar Council Identity
card with photograph. Please Note - Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid ID document for this purpose. Staff candidates should bring the
Identity Card issued by RBI. The candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall without the permission of the Centre Coordinator/Venue Officer/Venue-in-Charge.

The examination will be conducted online. The candidates will be required to enter User ID and Password to log in the Online
Examination portal. The candidates should ensure that their name and other details which will subsequently appear on the
screen are correct. Disclosure of User ID and Password to third party shall be at the risk and responsibility of the candidates.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. The candidate’s photograph affixed on the Admit Card should match with the one uploaded in the online application form and live photo captured, failing
which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Registration at the examination venue will be done by photo capture. Photo
captured will be matched with the photo uploaded and live photo captured by the candidate in the application (as printed in the Admit Card). The
candidate must not change their appearance from the photo uploaded by them. The candidate’s signature should match with the signature uploaded by
the candidate at the time of application. In case of discrepancy, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

2. Candidates coming without the stipulated currently valid Photo Identity document in original (bearing same name as given above) and the photocopy of
the same photo Identity document stapled with the Admit Card will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Photo Identity document should be
valid as on the day of the examination. The name on the Photo Identity document should exactly match the name as printed on the Admit Card.
Candidates who have changed their name will be allowed to appear for the examination, only if they produce the Gazette Notification or their Marriage
Certificate or Affidavit, as the case may be.

3. The examination will be conducted online. The candidates will be required to enter User ID and Password to enter the online examination portal. The
candidates are advised to ensure that their name and other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct.

4. Candidates should ensure to reach the examination venue well before the Gate Closure Time to avoid any last-minute rush/crowding at the venue. No
request for relaxation in this regard will be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Instructions for Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Instructions for Persons with Specified Disabilities covered under the definition of Section 2(s)
of the RPwD Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of Section 2(r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty
in writing and Information Handout (for all candidates) are available on the website of Reserve Bank of India ([Link]). Please download the
Handout and Instructions and read them carefully.

6. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the Admit Card in the presence of the Venue-in-
Charge.

7. Candidates must bring a blue / black ink ball point pen with them.

8. Any request for change of post/date/shift/centre / venue will not be entertained.

9. The Candidates are called for the online examination without verifying their personal details viz. age, qualification etc. with certificates. Before appearing
for the online examination, the candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria stipulated by the RBI/RBI Services Board in all respects. For
the final selection, candidates’ eligibility for the applied post and the details given in the application form will be duly verified, at the time of the Interview.

10. No candidate shall leave the Examination Hall without prior permission of the Centre Coordinator/ Venue Officer/ Venue-in-Charge.

11. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) /Persons with specified disabilities covered under the definition of Section 2(s) of the RPwD Act, 2016 but
not covered under the definition of Section 2(r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing should contact
the Examination Centre Administrator of the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the Reporting Time of examination for assistance in seating, if
needed.

12. The candidates may please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment / appointment with the RBI/RBI Services Board.

13. In case more than one Admit Card has been generated, candidates must appear only once. All the other Admit Cards are to be surrendered to the Venue
Officer / Centre Coordinator / Venue-in-Charge.

14. Rough Sheets, Admit Card and copy of the Photo Identity document management

a. Rough sheet(s) kept at each candidate desk may be used by the candidate, if required

b. Candidates who avail the services of a Scribe should submit the Scribe form / Letter of Undertaking along with the Admit Card and copy of the
Photo Identity document.

c. Candidate must handover the Rough Sheets and Admit Card along with a copy of the photo identity document to the Venue-in-Charge before leaving
the venue.

15. The candidates’ responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the
analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the
candidature of the candidate may be cancelled and/or the result withheld.

16. The possibility of occurrence of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact the
examination delivery and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include either
movement of candidates or delay in the examination. Conduct of a re-examination is at the absolute discretion of examination conducting body.
Candidates will not have any claim for a re-examination. Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of examination
delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.

17. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of examination contents in any form
or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the rough sheets/ papers
supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised possession of examination content is likely to be prosecuted.

18. Only the exam related documents (Admit Card and Photocopy of the Photo Identity document stapled with it, Photo Identity documents in Original) are
permitted inside the venue. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers or any other electronic gadget, etc. is not permitted in this
examination. Candidates are advised not to bring any of the banned items including pagers to the venue of examination. Any candidate found resorting
to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during
the examination will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from their answers.

19. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment shall be
considered as DISQUALIFICATION.

20. No hard copy of Admit Card, Information Handout and Scorecard of the candidates will be sent by the Post/Mail to the candidates. The same has to be
downloaded from the RBI website [Link] only.

21. Candidates are advised to take note of “The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024” and “The Public Examinations (Prevention of
Unfair Means) Rules, 2024”.
