HELP WITH BUFFER FROM YOU ISP (Internet Service Provider):

This app is called Purple DNS which basically changes the DNS in the device you
are using and converts it to a DNS you choose from the app, this app can provide a
faster response time from DNS requests sent from your device for streaming.
So on your Fire Stick scroll to FIND and click down. Then you can search for
PURPLE DNS, once found you should install and open the app, press Right and
OK for TV |(or down and right if using a Mobile device) and then press Right to
the Select DNS and scroll to a DNS that you wish to use, we recommend the
Google although some ISP are blocking this so if you have any issues go back and
try another, just click Use and then OK again to Activate this DNS, and you will
be prompted if you wish to change settings so click OK and then you will have
changed your DNS Resolver. Press Home and open the main app as normal.
You can also download it direct using the Downloader app with Downloader code:

HELP WITH BUFFER OR STICK RUNNING SLOW:

From the main Amazon HOME screen:
1. Go to Find -> Search on your Fire Stick and type Background Apps and
you will see an app like below:
Background
Apps & Process List_^^
2. Now click the app and download & Install it.
3. Open the app and click Refresh box top left
4. Now you will see the apps running in background
5. Now scroll across to CLOSE ALL APPS and click OK
6. Now each app will open one at a time
7. So now scroll to FORCE STOP and click OK
8. Now scroll to Clear Cache (NOT Clear Data) and click OK
9. Now click the Back ⬅ button on your remote and it will open the next app in
the list.
10. Do the same with all apps until all apps are closed and the cache is clean.
11. Now simply press HOME button on the remote and open the app you want
to use.
You MUST NOT press CLEAR DATA or you’ll wipe the app memory

We also recommend that you unplug your internet router for at least 5-6
minutes after doing the above, this cleans all cache from the system and can
help with speed.
SPINNING CIRCLE OR BLANK SCREEN HELP:
If you are having issues with the service such as blank screen, sound only, or just
spinning circle we recommend you carry out the following exactly as it is written
below:
1. From main Fire Stick menu scroll across the top to Settings -> Applications ->
Manage Installed Applications -> (App name e.g. Purple Globe-> 1st click Force
Stop then click Clear Cache (NOT Data) and return to Home screen.
2. Unplug the mains power plug from the mains socket that powers the stick.
3. Unplug the Internet router power plug from the mains socket that powers the
router.
4. Leave both unplugged for 4-5 so they power down the electrical components
inside (VERY important).
5. After 4-5 mins plug both plugs back into their respective sockets.
6. Now check Live TV again...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
N.B. You should ideally unplug the stick at night when not in use as even though it
might be off on the stick it can still build up cache memory which when it gets
almost full it slows everything down. Also reboot router once a week too..
