1. INTRODUCTION
The present report on Occupational Health and Safety in the activity of
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF AVENUES 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 15 AND 22 OF
THE URB. LARAPA - SAN JERÓNIMO.
THE MAIN ACTIVITIES WERE:

It had the main focus on the safety of workers, the mechanisms, processes
and safe work procedures through hazard identification, assessment of
risks - consequences and the taking of preventive and corrective measures for the purpose of
