excavation.
Data:
Performance = (Number of hours x Number of people) / quantity
N° de horas = 8
N° de personas = 1
Cantidad = 3.00 m3
Solution:
Performance = (8 x 1) / 3.00
Performance = 2.6667 hh/m3

a. With a person.
b. Con dos personas.
c. Which staff do I work with on that task in a week.

Solución:
1 m3 __________ 2.6667 hh
50 m3 _________ x

x = (50 m3 x 2.6667 hh) / 1 m3

x = 133.34 hh

[Link] yield = (Number of hours x Number of people) / quantity

We have: Nº hours = (performance x quantity) / Nº people
Number of hours = (2.6667 hh x 50.00 m3) / 1 hr
Nº horas = 133.34 hr
In days: (one day = 8 hours)

(133.34 hours) / (6 x 8 hours) = 2.78 people

3.-In a project, according to its schedule, it is necessary to advance 15 m3 of concrete.

in columns (empty). If the hourly efficiencies are of the worker 1.6000, of the official

Solution:
Caso I:
Nº de operarios = (15 x 1.6000) / 8 = 3 operarios
Nº de oficiales = (15 x 1.6000) / 8 = 3 oficiales
Nº de peones = (15 x 8.0000) / 8 = 15 peones

Case II:
Number of operators: 8 hr / 1.6000 = 5 m3 then: 15 m3 / 5 m3 = 3 operators
Nº de oficiales: 8 hr / 1.6000 = 5 m3 entonces: 15 m3 / 5 m3 = 3 oficiales
Nº de peones: 8 hr / 8.0000 = 1 m3 entonces: 15 m3 / 1 m3 = 15 peones

The daily staff will be: 3 operators + 3 officials + 15 laborers

peones. Determinar el rendimiento por día del personal.

Solución:
Performance: 240 m2 / 6 = 40 m2/day
For a worker:
40 m2 / 2 = 20 m2/day then yield. Op = (8 x 1) / 20 = 0.4000 hh/m2

Para un peón:
40 m2 / 6 = 6.6667 m2/día entonces rend. Pe = (8 x 1) / 6.6667 = 1.2000 hh/m2

5.- There is a progress of 1.5 m2/hr of worker work and 0.75 m2/hr of laborer work.
Determine the performance of the staff.

Solución:
Rend operario = 1 hr x 1 / 1.5 = 0.6667 hh/m2
Rend.

the construction measures 45m x 8m, it is roofed by 4 laborers, 1 skilled worker and 1 operator in a
week. Determine the daily performance of the staff.
Solution:
Construction area = 45 x 8 = 360 m2 per week

Caso I:
Worker performance = (8hr x 1) / 60m2 = 0.1333 hh per m2
Official yield = (8hr x 1) / 60m2 = 0.1333 hh per m2
Rendimiento peón = 60m2 / 4 = 15m2 so:
Worker performance = (8hr x 1) / 15m2 = 0.5333 hh per m2

Caso II:
Rendimiento operario = (8hr x 1Op x 6días) / (45 x 8m2) = 0.1333 hh por m2
Official performance = (8hr x 1Of x 6days) / (45 x 8m2) = 0.1333 hh per m2
Worker performance = (8hr x 4Pe x 6 days) / (45 x 8m2) = 0.5333 hh per m2

7.- For the setting of a wall with special blocks, 3 workers and 2 are needed.
laborers to make 21m2 per day. Determine the yields.

Solución:
Caso I:
Rendimiento operario:
21m2 / 3 = 7m2 so: (8hr x 1Op) / 7m2 = 1.1429 hh per m2
Laborer performance:
21m2 / 2 = 10.5m2 entonces: (8hr x 1Pe) / 10.5m2 = 0.7619 hh per m2

Case II:
Worker performance = (8hr x 3Op) / 21m2 = 1.1429 hh per m2
Rendimiento peón = (8hr x 2Pe) / 21m2 = 0.7619 hh por m2

Calculation of the Quantity of Materials according to the unit of measurement for the
Análisis de los Costos Unitarios.-

Example 1.-
For the layout and surveying of a family home, determine the amount of
plaster per m2, if it is known that there is a rectangular land of 15.00x10.00m and there is
with the foundation plan.
Data:
Terreno = 15.00x10.00m
Plano de cimentación
Yeso en kg = ?
Procedure:
We determine the total length to be marked with chalk.
From the foundation plan, we determine the total length in meters of the entire layout.
Vertically there are 06 trenches of 3.20m, so 6x2x3.20 = 38.40m
Sumando tenemos la longitud total a trazar con yeso 43.20+68.40+38.40 = 150.00m
We determine the amount of plaster in hand to outline a certain one.
longitud
We take a certain amount of plaster with both hands for the stroke, this
amount can be 200g, 300g; for our example we will work with 300g
With this amount of plaster, we can draw or mark 1.20m.
We calculate the amount of plaster per square meter for this batch.
We convert the 300 grams of plaster into kg.
01 kg __________ 1000 gr
x __________ 300 gr

x = (1 kg x 300 g) / 1000 g
x = 0.3 kg

0.3 kg __________ 1.20 m

x __________ 150 m

x = (0.3 kg x 150 m) / 1.20 m

x = 37.50 kg

Now we determine the amount of plaster per m2

Land area = 15.00x10.00 = 150.00 m2

37.50 kg __________ 150.00 m²

x __________ 01 m2

x = (37.50 kg x 1 m2) / 150.00 m2

x = 0.25 kg

Therefore, 0.2500 kg of plaster will be needed per m2.

Example 2.
in m3 and cement in bags per m2, if it is known that there is a thickness of 1.5cm, a
relación de mezcla de 1:5 (en pies cúbicos).
Datos:
Espesor = 1.5 cm
Mixing ratio = 1:5
Arena fina en m3 para un m2= ?
Cement in bags for one square meter = ?
Procedimiento:
De la relación de mezcla 1:5 = 1+5 = 6 p3
Un m3 = 01 p3 entre (0.3048)^3
Entonces 01 m3 = 35.31 p3
6 p3 equivalen a:

01 m3 __________ 35.31 p3
x __________ 6 p3

then x = 0.17 m3
therefore 0.17 m3 = 6 p3
For a thickness of 1.5cm, we determine the volume in m3 for 1 m2.
Volumen = 1.00x1.00x0.015 = 0.015 m3

01 m3 __________ 35.31 p3
0.015 m3 __________ x

then x = 0.52965 p3

Cálculo del cemento

We divide 0.52965 p3 by 6, so 0.52965/6 = 0.088275 p3

01 bls __________ 01 p3
x __________ 0.088275 p3

then x = 0.088275 bls

Cálculo de la arena fina

We multiply 0.52965 p3 by 5 and divide it by 6, like this:
(5x0.52965)/6 = 0.441375 p3

01 m3 __________ 35.31 p3
x __________ 0.441375 p3

entonces x = 0.0125 m3

Considering 25% we have:

Cement = 0.088275 x 1.25 = 0.1103 bls
Arena fina = 0.0125x1.25 = 0.0156 m3

Example 3.-
For the normal formwork and stripping corresponding to plain concrete
Datos:
Formwork measurement = 340.00 m2
Common wood in p2 for one square meter = ?
Procedimiento:
We determine the amount of common wood of 1.5"x8"x3m that will enter into the whole
enveloped for plain concrete.
314.55 m
We convert meters to feet

01 pie __________ 0.3048 m

x __________ 314.55 m

entonces x = 1031.99 pies

We determine the amount of wood in p2 for the entire area

Madera corriente = (1.5”x8”x1031.99’)/12 = 1031.99 p2

Therefore, 3.0400 p2 of common wood will be needed per m2.
