Definition of Codependency

• Codependency is defined as the cycle of


behavior patterns and thoughts
dysfunctional, that produce pain, and that
they repeat compulsively, like
response to a sick and alienating relationship,
with an active addict or in a situation of
relational toxicity.

• It can be defined as a
disease, whose characteristic
the main issue is the lack of identity

specific that is characterized by a
