Educational Excursion to Science City, Kolkata
Our school is organising an educational trip to Science City, Kolkata, on 15 July 2025 (Monday) for students of Classes XI
and XII. The trip includes a guided tour, a 3D show, and an interactive science demonstration. The bus will depart at 6:30
a.m. and return by 8:00 p.m.. Interested students must submit ₹500 along with a parental consent form to their
respective class teachers by 5 July. Students are requested to carry their school ID cards, water bottles, and lunch.

Inter-House Debate Competition

Inter-House English Debate Competition
The English Literary Club is conducting an Inter-House Debate Competition on 8 July 2025 (Tuesday) in the school
auditorium at 10:00 a.m.. The motion of the debate is: “Social Media is More Harmful than Helpful.” Each house is to
nominate one speaker for the motion and one against from Classes XI and XII. Preliminary auditions will be held on 3 July
during the 6th period. Participants will be judged on content, fluency, expression, and rebuttal. Attractive prizes and
certificates will be awarded.

Lost and Found Notice

Lost and Found: Black Leather Wallet
A black leather wallet was found near the school canteen on 29 June 2025 during the lunch break. It contains a student ID
card, ₹200 in cash, and a metro card. The student who has lost it may collect it from the school reception counter by
providing proper identification and a written application. If unclaimed by 5 July, it will be handed over to the Vice
Principal’s office.

Library Book Return Extension

Extended Deadline for Library Book Return
All students are informed that the deadline for returning library books issued for Term 1 has been extended to 10 July
2025. Books must be returned to the librarian between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Late returns will incur a fine of ₹10 per
day per book. Students appearing for the final practicals must clear all dues to obtain their No Dues Certificate. Kindly
treat this as urgent and mandatory.

Cyber Safety Awareness Workshop

Workshop on Cyber Safety and Digital Well-being
The school is organising a Cyber Safety Awareness Workshop for students of Classes XI and XII on 6 July 2025 (Saturday)
at 11:00 a.m. in the AV Room. A cyber security expert from the West Bengal Police Cyber Cell will address issues related
to online safety, digital identity, cyberbullying, and safe browsing. Attendance is compulsory for all. Students must bring a
notebook, pen, and their school diary.
