ET600 tabletop:304 stainless steel frame,phenolic laminate; elevation column: QT450-10
casting 304 stainless steel cover; Base: Q235 board,304 stainless steel cover.
Matress: High-density active foam pad with leather covering or equivalent.
1.4.3 Product performance
This operating table adopts electro-hydraulic control system,the movement of the
table can controlled by the hand remote,can meet kinds of requirement of operation
position.

7.2.5 control panel

“O”means “off”
d) AC fuse:F5AL 250V two pieces

f) AC light(white):AC light on means use 220V power supply
g) DC light (green) :DC light on means use battery inside the operating table.
h) Alarm light(yellow):Alarm light on means the battery need charge immediately.
i) Charge light(green):charge light on means use 220V power supply charging the battery.
j) Attention！Please check the attached documents
8 Inspection and maintenance
8.1Inspection
Before use the operating table you should check the the following items each time(at least once a
day):
1) The cleaning/disinfection of the operating table before using.
2) The lock system of the operating table.
3) The completeness of the mattress.
4) The mattress fixed on the operating table.
5) The security of the electrical and mechanical components.
6) All the function is working normally.
8.2 Maintenance
8.2.1
Check the oil mass in side the oil tank：There is enough oil in the oil pump when leave the factory.
If the have spill when transportation may result in the elevation of the oil pump can not reach the
maximum [Link] keep the oil clean,please change the oil 2 year once.
8.2.2
In order to prolong its service life and the flexible of the operating table ,you need to pay attention
to the daily maintenance of the operating table and each of the movable portion should always be
filled with oil.

8.2.3
After the surgery,do not clean the tabletop by cleanser and disinfection with highly corrosive.
8.2.4
After surgery,the tabletop must be in the minimum position when cleaning up or lay up.
8.2.5 The maintenance of battery
a) Battery service time:1 year
b) When the battery stored for more than three months, should be charge the battery, but
definitely avoid charging in the environment exceeds 50 ℃.
c) The maintenance of battery must by the professionals, you should wear gloves, goggles and
protective gear before maintenance.
d) Before the tear down the battery ,you need to ensure the battery pack, the charging device
and load all in the off position, and remove the protection equipment of battery system , such
as fuses, dis-connectors and etc.
e) Used batteries must be recycled.
f) The place have install the battery should be placed CCL4 fire extinguisher.
g) Do not use the chemical cleaners to clean the battery.
h) Do not contact the battery’s positive and negative to a short-circuit.
i) Do not put the metal tools or the connecting wires on the top of battery.
j) Do not use the over-discharge or over-charge batteries.
8.2.6
Scrap parts of the device should according to the local environmental protection laws and
regulations processing
