Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation by extracting actionable insights from large, complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques
and enterprise-grade analytics tools. Present findings in a clear, concise manner to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement robust machine learning algorithms from scratch, ensuring scalability and reliability for enterprise applications. Continuously evaluate
model performance and optimize algorithms to address evolving business needs and data challenges.
Design and execute data modeling and predictive analysis projects, leveraging state-of-the-art methodologies to forecast trends, identify patterns, and inform
decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data models.
Drive strategic, data-driven decision making by providing expert guidance on data utilization, risk assessment, and opportunity identification. Support
leadership teams with evidence-based recommendations that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business operations, to ensure
seamless integration of data science solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of data-driven innovation.
Design and implement efficient data structures tailored to enterprise-scale requirements, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security. Work closely with
data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
Apply advanced problem-solving skills to propose innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Demonstrate initiative in identifying areas for
improvement and lead efforts to enhance data science practices and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of professional experience in data
science roles within enterprise environments.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling using
libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and pandas.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models for large-scale applications, including experience with model
evaluation, tuning, and validation.
Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical methods, with a proven track record of delivering actionable
insights to support business strategy.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and tools such as SQL, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring data
integrity and scalability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for
non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactively proposing solutions to complex problems and driving projects to successful
completion with limited guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD) in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience in enterprise-level data science projects, with more than 5 years of relevant
industry experience.
Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras), natural language processing, or computer vision applications, with a portfolio of successful
implementations in production environments.
Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
Strong background in designing and optimizing data architectures for big data environments, including experience with NoSQL databases, data lakes, and
real-time analytics solutions.
Proven leadership in cross-functional project teams, mentoring junior data scientists, and driving adoption of best practices in data science and analytics
across the organization.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and enterprise security standards, ensuring compliance and responsible use of data in all
projects.
Industry-specific experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or retail, with a deep understanding of domain challenges and opportunities for data-driven
innovation.
