transmitting of funds or data over an electronic network ,primarily
the internet.

This is an advanced e commerce website detailed description proposal . In this
website , a user can surf through website and find product of their choice . User
can become member of the website to gain some other discount benefit.

FUNCTION OF CUSTOMER:
Customer will be able to login /register into website.
Customer will be able to create an account after submitting email ,
name, address.
Customer ]will be able to easily search for product by using keyword like
name categories.
Customer will be able to view the product details ,image on website.
Customer will be able to submit their review on product listed on
website.
Customer will be able to check their order status on the website.
Customer will be able to vie FAQ on website.
HOME PAGE
Home page is designed in such a way that a person
can have the complete synopsis of the site from the
main page itself
• view website logo , banner or slideshow which are
integrated with home page .
• View the list of latest product available with detail
of product like tittle , image , description
PRODUCT STORE
User can browse product through categories nevigation or
by performing a search . Search will be on keyword base
and advance search option will be available on the
website .
Searching perameters for advance search would be

2. Brand
3. Categories
Clicking on the categories will diplay the list of subcategories .
Clicking upon the subcategories wil display the list of product and
services of subcategories corresponding to that categories .

Shopping Cart
User add product of their interst to the shopping cart
before actually pruchasing them . Once they are done
they can check out to place their order. Shopping cart
alow user to
1. Add unlimited product
2. Manage quantity of individual product in the cart
3. Remove item form the cart
4. Confirm their order by checking out
5. Calculate discount price by entering discount coupon
code
MEMBER REGISTRATION
Member can register themsleve by filing up the below form

After user register , a verification link will be sent on his email
id .once user click on that link the membership will be activated
MEMBERS ACCOUNT
Members account has the following link:
1. Edit account
2. Change pasword
3. Order history
4. Order tracking
5. Logout
Edit Account – this will allow user to upadte the detail entered by
the user at the time of his/her registration. He/she will not be
able to edit the email id .
Change password – will allow the user to update password
Logout: will close the current working session of the user . In order
to re access the member account user needs to login again
ORDER PROCESS
User will check out from their cart to place their order . User
will be asked to login in order to process further. After login
they will be asked to confirm their details . These details
include their shipping address ,billing details.
Once confirmed user will be taken to payment method
selcetion . By default COD cash on delivey will be selected.
User can track these order in his my order section.
ADMIN CONSOLE
this section will allow admin to manage product and categories on the
website . Admin can add categories , subcategories and product. Admin
can manage them by adding , updating , control display status and
deleting them. The product can be set as new arrivals and it will displat
in section of new arrivals
At the same time of adding a categories or sub category admin will
specify , category name in case of subcategory admin also have to select
the parent category.
MANAGE MEMBER
This section will allow the admin to manage members of the
website . Admin can view member details and control their
membership details by activating or deactivating the member .
Only active member can login to their folder from front end
Admin can also delete any member if required .
MANAGE ORDER
This section will allow admin to manage order that have been placed
by various member of website . Admin can view order details and
manage their payment status
Admin can delete order as and when required. Admin can also
perfrom a search among order to view only the intended result .
Admin can update order status like pending or incomplete . Their
order status will be visible to member in his order history section.
