SERVICES TO DEVELOPERS AND END USERS.
GROUP BOOKING ALWAYS WORKS WITH THE BEST AND RENOWNED DEVELOPER OF PUNE AND
ITS AIM IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST DEALS IN A TRANSPARENCY [Link] BOOKING IS A
KIND OF THE CHANNEL PARTNER FIRM.

I STARTED MY INTERNSHIP JOURNEY BY MEETING WITH MY TEAM LEADER & VARIOUS EMPLOYEES IN
MY DEPARTMENT , FIRSTLY MY TEAM LEADER INFORM ME EACH & EVERYTHING ABOUT COMPANY &
COMPANY’S WORKING CULTURE & GOALS. HE GAVE ME COMPANY CATALOGUE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT
TYPES OF PRODUCTS THEY WORK ON & ALSO INFORMED WHICH COMPANIES/SECTORS ARE THEIR
TARGETED CUSTOMERS.
WEEK 2
IN SECOND WEEK, MY TEAM LEADER TOLD ME HOW TO CONVINCE AND HOW TO GENERATE A LEAD BY
USING SOCIAL MEDIA AND BY YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES AND HOW A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
WORK FOR THE COMPANY.
WEEK 3
IN THIRD WEEK OF MY INTERNSHIP I CONVERTED SOME LEADS INTO PROSPECTS AND PROSPECTS INTO A
CLOSURE. I COMPLETED MY SALES TARGET BY CLOSING THE DEAL AND GENERATED A GOOD AMOUNT
OF REVENUE FOR THE COMPANY.
WEEK 4
BY THE END OF THE FOURTH WEEK I JOINED THE COMPANY AS A EMPLOYEE.
PROBLEMS FACED BY THE
COMPANY:-
MAINTAINING THE DATABASE AND DIFFERENT PRODUCT DETAILS.
DIFFICULTY IN TRACKING THE DETAILS OF INVENTORY IN REAL TIME.
EMPLOYEE TASK TRACKING.
MATCHING THE LEADS TO INVENTORY.
LEAD GENERATION.
SOLUTIONS:- THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS ARE RESOLVED BY DEVELOPING OR BUYING
A CRM SOFTWARE WHICH IS A VERY USEFUL TOOL TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF
THE COMPANY. THE OTHER PROBLEMS FACED BY A END USER CAN BE RESOLVED BY
GIVING THEM THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND GUIDING THEM ABOUT THE PRODUCT.
KEY LEARNINGS:-

DEVELOPED SELF CONFIDENCE AND CONVINICING SKILLS.
LEARNED HOW TO PITCH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PRODUCTS FOR DIFFERENT

FINDINGS:-
I LEARNT LOT MANY THINGS FROM TRAINING AND TASKS GIVEN TO ME BY THE MANAGER. I
ACTUALLY LEARNT THE REAL BUSINESS TECHNIQUES & APPROACH WHILE LOOKING FOR A
BUSINESS IN CORPORATE WORLD FOR THE ORGANIZATION. THIS LEARNING IS THE LIFE TIME
EARNING FOR ME.
WORKING WITH GROUP BOOKING IS THE BLESSING FOR ME I HAVE NEVER SAW THE
ORGANIZATION LIKE THIS AND THE EMPLOYEES AND WORKING CULTURE. THERE WAS LOTS
OF LEARNING FROM THE TRAINERS AND MANAGER NOT ONLY TECHNICAL BUT ALSO THE
LIFE LEARNING AND MANY SOFT SKILLS ESSENTIAL FOR ENTERING IN THE CORPORATE
WORLD. TEAM LEADER MR GIRISH. WAS REALLY SUPPORTIVE DURING THE INTERNSHIP ALL
THE TIME AND THE WAY SHE GUIDED ME AT EVERY STEP WHENEVER I GOT STUCK.
SUGGESTIONS:-
OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH THE GROUP
BOOKING TEAM WAS REALLY GOOD. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS
ADD MORE DATA TO COMPANY CRM SOFTWARE. AND COMP.
EXCEPT THIS THINGS ALL THINGS ARE GOOD IN THIS
ORGANIZATION.
CONCLUSIONS:-
IN REVIEW THIS INTERNSHIP HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT AND
REWARDING EXPERIENCE. I CAN SAFELY SAY THAT MY
UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF
CORPORATE HAS GREATLY INCREASED HERE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE
TO MEET AND NETWORK WITH SO MANY PEOPLE THAT I AM
SURE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH OPPORTUNITIES IN THE
FUTURE. MAIN THING THAT I HAVE LEARNED THROUGH THIS
INTERNSHIP IS TIME MANAGEMENT.
