SYSTEM SERVICING
1. LONG NOSE PLIER

Their namesake long nose gives
excellent control while the
cutting edge near the pliers' joint
provides "one-tool" convenience.
Because of their long shape they
are useful for reaching into small
areas where cables or other
materials have become stuck or
unreachable with fingers or other
means.
2. SIDE CUTTER PLIERS
Diagonal cutting pliers are used
for cutting wires, screws and nails. They are
known by many different names: side cutting
pliers, side cutters, nippers and wire cutters,
to name but a few! They are called diagonal
cutting pliers because the cutting blades are
at an angle to the handles.
3. FLAT SCREW DRIVER 

A flat-head screwdriver is
a screwdriver with a wedge-
shaped flat tip, used to tighten or
loosen screws that have a straight,
linear notch in their heads.
There will be some sort of handle
attached to a steel shaft that is
flattened into a wedge shape at the
tip.

-A screwdriver that is
designed to be used with a
type of screw that has a slot
in its top that looks like a
cross.

A soldering iron is a hand tool


used in soldering. It supplies heat
to melt the solder so that it can
flow into the joint between two
work pieces. A soldering iron is
composed of a heated metal tip
and an insulated handle.

An anti-static wrist strap is a key


piece of safety gear that helps to
prevent the buildup
of static electricity near sensitive
electronics or other projects
where static charge could damage
electronics or cause safety

Multimeter or a multitester, also
known as a VOM (volt-ohm-
milliammeter), is an electronic
measuring instrument that combines
several measurement functions in one

measure voltage, current, and
resistance. Analog multimeters uses a
microammeter with a moving pointer
to display readings.

A LAN tester is mainly


used for testing
ethernet cables for faults
or missing pair
