Decimal Number System
It is known as Base 10 system as it contains 10 digits such as
(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
In decimal number system, the successive positions to the left of
the decimal point represents unit, tens, hundreds, and so on.
Formation of the decimal number system is as follows.

9 X 10 ^ 0 = 9x0 = 9
8 X 10 ^ 1 = 8 x 10 = 80
7 X 10 ^ 2 = 7 x 100 = 700
2 X 10 ^ 3 = 2 x 1000 = 2000
Step 2: Multiply it’s base with each power starting from 0
