• TEAM ASSIGNMENT IS USED AS LEARNING EXPERIENCE, UNDERSTADING
AND AWARNESS OF EACH NEEDS OF EACH STUDENT BY THE INSTRUCTOR OR
HEADNURSE.
• THIS WILL VARY WITH EACH STUDENT,EACH STUDENTS HAVE DIFFERENT
IDEAS AND DIFFERENT CRITICAL THINKING AND EACH STUDENT HAVE
DIFFERENT PERCEPTION IN PERFORMING AND IN EXHIBITING THE SKILLS.
• THE STUDENT MUST HAVE TIME TO GET TO KNOW HER PATIENT,HAVE
CONTINUITY IN HER ASSIGNMENTS,WRITE NURSING CARE PLANS AND
EVALUATE AND MODIFY THEM TO MEET THE PATIENTS UNIQUE NEEDS.

• IT IS USED TO PROVIDE A GUIDE TO PATIENT CARE
• IT IS A TOOL,WHICH HELPS TO IMPLEMENT THE CARE, TO PROVIDE
CONTINUITY CARE.
• THE CONTENT OF THE NURSING CARE PLAN INCLUDES PRESENT NEEDS OF
PATIENTS AND ANALYSIS OF THE PATIENT NEEDS AND TO EVALUATE THE
RECOVERY OF THE PATIENTS.
• IT IS THE WRITTEN CUMILATIVE NURSING CARE PLAN. THE STUDENT CAN

PERMISSIVE ATMOSPHERE . SO, THE STUDENTS WILL FREE TO ASK
