GasTurb 12 Unscaled Maps Tutorial

The document is a tutorial for using GasTurb 12, focusing on the application of unscaled compressor maps in turbojet and turboshaft engine simulations. It guides the user through selecting engine files, inputting design point data, and running off-design simulations while emphasizing the importance of corrected and reference speeds. The tutorial concludes with instructions on saving and utilizing scaled maps for engine design and operation.

compressor of the turboshaft engine will operate we can freely select.

Let us choose the same operating point as in the turbojet:

T2 = 303.15K (ISA+15K)
W2Rstd = 32 kg/s
P3/P2 = 12
Isentropic Comp Efficiency = 0.85
