Pilot Study

In order to standardize each instrument we need to Measure reliability and validity Weed out ambiguous statements, if any

Each HRD executive to select one instrument for pilot survey Each one of the 8 instruments to be picked up by 2 locations at least, preferably 1 Coal and 1 Gas based station

Data sheet in MS Excel being provided in CD Sheets contain sample size and sample composition Raw data to be entered in sheets and emailed to CC-HRD ( [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] ) Data to be sent latest by 10th Oct 2008
