ok so long story short, a kid unplugged a usb stick from an ipad without ejecting it and while it was still writing to it apparently, and that corrupted the whole drive. explorer showed literally nothing on it after that, like an empty drive, but storage used was still showing full so i knew something was still physically there, just not visible anymore. lost like 1700 files of student coursework across multiple classes lol not fun.

tried testdisk and dmde first since theyre free but got nothing usable, either empty results or files with random names and zero folder structure, basically unsortable garbage.

easeus actually pulled the real folders back, class names and everything, took maybe 5-10min to scan the full drive but it worked and you get to preview before recovering so youre not just hoping. saved me honestly

I made a bad error when doing a recovery of my (C) Drive, it wiped out the UEFI and Recovery partition on my Windows 11 (C) Drive ( all my fault ). I then fixed the UEFI Partition with ease using Easeus Partition Manager . the problem came when trying to fix the Recovery Partition . I approached Easeus support regarding this issue and was directed to Jesse , I was pleased with this as Jesse had helped me before and was very successful . As a good few of you will know creating a new Recovery Partition is no easy feat . With Jesse he approached this operation with enthusiasm in abundance and also telling me he had not carried out this operation before . Jesse said leave it with me and I will find out how to sort this problem out for you. Did Jesse sort this problem out ? of course he did very successfully , I would like to note there are a few words that describe Jesse . Very willing , Likes a challenge , Enthusiastic , Polite , and if he says he will help you , you know he will for sure . this is only my third time I have done a Trustapilot Review but felt this Review had to be be put out there for others to gain from . I will finish by saying a huge thank you to Easeus and of coarse Jesse from Easeus Support team , as had he not been able to help me I would have real problems with no Recovery Partition On my (C) Drive . all in all I am extremely pleased with Easeus and Jesse in particular .

Unlike many support techs, this support tech was willing to take as much time as needed to resolve my problem. He stayed with me as long as it took - probably over a half hour - and kept answering questions until I understood the problem and was able to resolve it. All support techs should be like this one!

After windows 11 forced me to change my motherboard and CPU I had to rebuild my complete system including software. I contacted EaseUs to transfer my licences to the new machine. They were brilliant in helping me. The response time was very fast and total processes completed in a matter of minutes thanks to their expertise. Thank you EaseUs. Great Job! I am very impressed.

I recently used EaseUS Data Recovery after accidentally deleting some important files, and overall I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use. The interface is clean and straightforward, so I didn’t have to spend a lot of time figuring out what to do. I started with a scan, and the software was able to locate files that I thought were already gone.
I also found the file preview feature useful because it allowed me to check the files before recovering them. The whole process was clearly explained, which made me feel more confident while using the software.

It’s not something I expected to need, but when I did need data recovery, EaseUS made the process much less stressful. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would consider using it again if I ever need to recover lost files in the future.
