AIR | AI Recruiter
Release Notes.
A weekly log of new features, improvements, and fixes shipped to the AIR platform.
Redesigned Candidate Interview Experience
- Candidates now move through a structured, step-by-step interview flow: an updated welcome screen with clear consent and privacy disclosure, a dedicated device setup screen for testing camera, microphone, and speaker before the interview begins, and a refreshed live interview screen with a recording indicator and connection quality feedback.
- The welcome screen explains the interview format, notes that responses are reviewed by the hiring team, and confirms that AI is never the final decision-maker.
- Available in 16 languages.
👉Candidates get a more polished, transparent, and professional experience from start to finish, with better setup tooling and real-time visibility during the call.
Retake Request Review Improvements
- The job note is now visible inline when a recruiter reviews a retake request, and review context carries through after a decision is made.
👉Recruiters have the information they need in one place to make faster, more confident retake decisions.
ATS Job Browser Built for Large Catalogs
- The ATS job browser now loads results in pages rather than all at once, supporting accounts with large ATS job catalogs.
👉Recruiters at high-volume organizations can browse and link ATS jobs smoothly, no matter how large the catalog.
Account-Level Auto-Import of Active ATS Applications
- Organizations can now enable automatic import of all active ATS applications at the account level, so new applicants flow into AIR without manual sync triggers.
👉Teams that want a fully automated ATS-to-AIR pipeline can eliminate manual sync steps entirely.
Delta Sync in the Public API
- The public API now supports an updatedSince filter on interview and application endpoints, allowing integrations to fetch only records that changed after a given timestamp.
👉Integration partners can sync incrementally rather than pulling full datasets on every request.
Refined Interview Pacing
- Enhanced turn-taking so AIR begins its response only after a candidate has finished speaking, including when there is a brief pause mid-answer.
👉Interviews feel more natural and conversational for candidates.
