Thomas Revial, Chef du service des Affaires multilatérales et du développement (SAMD), Shanti Bobin, Sous-directrice des Affaires financières multilatérales et du développement et Benjamin Dartevelle, Secrétaire général du Club de Paris ont porté les échanges sur les défis du financement du développement: 🟠 Les enjeux du financement du développement et le rôle des institutions multilatérales ; 🟠 La mobilisation des ressources intérieures dans les pays en développement ; 🟠 La soutenabilité et la gestion de la dette des pays émergents ; 🟠 Le rôle du Club de Paris Ce programme de capacity building qui se distingue par son approche unique et novatrice, contribue à une initiative mondiale de constituer un réseau d'experts internationaux en finance et financement dans les pays émergents, dans laquelle la place financière de Paris, joue un rôle de premier plan. Ce matin avait lieu la 2ᵉ édition des Europlace Meetings chez Clifford Chance, le nouveau rendez-vous des membres. Après une introduction d’Olivier Vigna de Paris Europlace, et de Sebastien Raspiller de l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France, qui ont rappelé ensemble l’importance stratégique des actifs numériques pour la Place de Paris et les priorités réglementaires à venir, nous avons ouvert la matinée avec un premier panel de haut niveau. En compagnie de Quentin Archer (LCH), Julien Clausse (BNP Paribas), Frederick Lacroix (Clifford Chance), Stephanie Lheureux (Euroclear) et Pierre-Dominique Renard (Banque de France), nous avons dressé un état des lieux des actifs numériques en France à l’horizon 2025. Cela nous a permis d’établir un constat clair : l’écosystème français évolue rapidement, porté par une dynamique réglementaire forte et un intérêt croissant pour la tokenisation. Puis Faustine Fleuret (Morpho), Mark Kepeneghian (Lise), Daphnée Papiasse, PhD (Kulipa) et Selin Suntay (Bpifrance) ont pris la parole pour nous aider à appréhender les perspectives pour 2026, notamment autour de la régulation, des nouvelles infrastructures de marché et des initiatives de Place. Quelques points clés à retenir 🔷 La réglementation reste un levier central. 🔷 L’innovation de marché passe par une convergence entre finance traditionnelle et finance décentralisée, ce qui ouvre des opportunités inédites. 🔷 Les acteurs français (régulateurs, institutions financières, fintechs) manifestent une ambition collective : construire un cadre robuste et inclusif pour les digital assets.
