The workload and expectations are not well aligned with the support provided. Overtime is not offered or compensated, and there is little to no assistance when bandwidth becomes overwhelming. Lots of miscommunication

There were a lot of miscommunications between staffing agency and company needing staffing. Company I signed a contract with had very poor communication once involved, and lied about wellbeing of the company.

Management enrolls you and forgets about you. No communication, no updates, no "what is next" positions, come to work do your think and don't ask. They seem not to care. Apply to TekSystems instead.
