PARTIAL COMPLIANCE with SECOND MOTION FOR TIME

Petitioner, by counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most


respectfully states that:

1. Petitioner, through counsel, received from this Honorable Court


a copy of its Resolution dated ______, relative to Petitioner’s Motion to Lift
Warrants of Distraint and Levy and Garnishment. In the Resolution,
Petitioner is given ten (10) days from receipt thereof or until _________
within which to submit the original or certified true copy of any document
that will prove that the properties mentioned in the Motion were the subject
of the Warrant of Distraint and/or Levy dated _________ and the Notices of
Tax Lien dated __________.

2. As Partial Compliance with the said directive, Petitioner


submitted to this Honorable Court the ________________.

3. Now, as Partial Compliance with the Order, Petitioner is


submitting to this Honorable Court __________ evidencing the Petitioner’s
funds under garnishment, attached herewith as Annex “A.”

4. With respect to the other bank accounts, Petitioner is still in the


process of securing and completing the bank’s requirements for the
necessary certification. Considering the foregoing, Petitioner implores the
sound and compassionate discretion of this Honorable Court to grant an
additional period of ________ days within which to complete and submit all
the pertinent documents.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the


Compliance be NOTED; and the Second Motion for Extension of Time be
GRANTED.

OTHER RELIEFS, just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
