MOTION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE


OF COUNSEL FOR CAUSE

COMES NOW undersigned counsel, and to this most Honorable


Court most respectfully avers:

1. That the undersigned counsel has already terminated his


attorney-client relationship with the accused particularly because of the
latter's deliberate failure to keep her promise to fully settle the civil
aspect of this case;

2. That undersigned counsel despite repeated attempts to


communicate with the accused who is out of the country such attempts
were only met by silence and disregard. As of the present undersigned
counsel is no longer in contact with the accused and since accused is out
of the country undersigned counsel cannot procure accused’s written
conformity on this matter;
3. In view of the foregoing reasons and defendant's failure to
cooperate with the undersigned counsel, this humble counsel has found
it difficult if not impossible to fulfill his obligations as lawyer to the
accused;
4. Undersigned counsel most respectfully requests that he be
allowed by this Honorable Court to withdraw his appearance in this
case as counsel for the accused.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsel most


respectfully prays that he be allowed to withdraw his appearance in this
case as counsel for the above-mentioned accused and that he be
relieved of all his responsibilities relative to this case.
Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
