Introduction

BINDING AGREEMENT

Section 1

I, __YOUR NAME HERE___________________________ the undersigned, bind myself totally

I certify that I am at least 18 years old, am not now physically or mentally impaired by influence
of drugs, including alcohol, or other reason where I do not know what I am doing, and am legally
and mentally competent to Contract in my own name. I am signing this document of my own
free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind. No one has made any promises, guarantees,
warranties or threats or offered inducements of any kind to force me to sign this Contract.

With full understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, I specifically desire
and request the control delineated and the activities mentioned herein. I specifically desire and
request MASTER to force me to comply, if necessary, using any means at MASTERS disposal
without limit.

INTERPRETIVE DISCUSSION

Section 2

I understand the Thirteenth Amendment of The Constitution of The United States of America
prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. Nevertheless, for my own purposes, I desire to
become and be a slave. I am signing this Contract in an attempt to affect that status. I
specifically request the courts, the law and government not to interfere. I consider any attempt
by an outside authority to in any way limit MASTER's rights and prerogatives under this Contract
to be an unwarranted interference with my constitutional legal right to privacy. I am of legal age
and I am legally an adult who knows what he is doing. I specifically want to enter into slavery. In
the strongest language, I request that the government not protect me from the consequences of
this decision. I willingly give up any and all rights of any kind and description. My body, mind,
and soul from this day, will be the absolute total property of my MASTER. I specifically waive
any and all protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections, and any other rule
or regulation that would in any way prevent MASTER from having total control over every
aspect of my life.
I desire to be placed in a position where I CANNOT change my mind EVER, as soon as I sign
this Contract.

Recognizing that a government may not allow a totally irrevocable Contract, no matter how
much I want one, I agree to the following clause, which, while making this Contract breakable,
makes it almost impossible to break.

This Contract is completely irrevocable except as provided for in this paragraph only. First, it can
only be cancelled by the OWNER of the slave, it's MASTER. Once it is enslaved it can never
leave slavery unless MASTER allows its freedom. However this Contract will make it perfectly
clear that this will never happen for this slave. Once enslaved this slave will remain enslaved for
a lifetime to this MASTER or another OWNER. Even if a court of law tries to intervene slave will
not be truly free if its MASTER does not give consent. MASTER has the right to force
performance in a court of law or equity or by use of physical means as outlined above. It may be
unilaterally cancelled by MASTER at any time, with or without reason, although if cancelled by
MASTER slave would be sold to another OWNER not set free. MASTER may choose to sell the
slave to another MASTER if HE wishes at anytime, ADDITIONALLY, because the slave has
expressed a desire to be a true slave in every sense, it is agreed by both parties, that this slave
will remain enslaved for the remainder of its natural existence. This Contract states more about
the slave being enslaved for life and selling in Sections 20 & 22 as the Contract continues.

COMPLETE AREA OF CONTROL OVER slave

Section 3

MASTER has absolute, total and complete control in every area over slave.

Signing this Contract will be the last thing the slave will do of its own free will, and will hereafter
be referred to as "it". It agrees to obey MASTER completely, willingly to the best of its ability, at
all times and in every way. It hereby totally submits to MASTER without limit and without
reservation. It specifically requests and authorizes MASTER to use force to compel its
obedience, with torture and beatings daily and any other method HE so desires to use. It
specifically requests and authorizes MASTER to ignore anything it may say or do that might in
any way be considered a refusal or retraction on its part. It will no longer be allowed to speak or
think on its own. Signing this Contract will be the last decision it ever makes. By way of
illustrating MASTER's control, but not in any way limiting it, it delineates the following subset of
MASTER’s rights, privileges, prerogatives and abilities:

TYPE OF slave

Section 4

The slave will be a hardcore slave meaning it will be used and abused with ABSOLUTELY NO
rights and NO limits except what limits MASTER sets for it. It understands completely that it will
be seen as SHIT and treated like SHIT at times.

slaves - BODY & MIND

Section 5

The slave's body, mind, and soul becomes property of its MASTER to do with as HE wishes,
within the limits set by HIM in this Contract. The body it knows will no longer be its, it will be
OWNED by MASTER. From its head, down to its toes, arms, legs, ass, to its cock and balls, its
person is the complete property of MASTER. MASTER will use its body as HE desires at
anytime. The slave's body will be owned as MASTER would own anything else, to use and
abuse at HIS discretion. It will exist for nothing more than the purpose of existing for its
MASTER, to serve, please and obey HIM always.

slave Tattoos, Piercing, Body Art, Branding

MASTER has the exclusive right to dictate body piercing, tattoos, scarifications, brandings or
other body art modifications it will receive. MASTER agrees to have these modifications made
by professionals trained in the specific areas concerned. slave's opinions on style, type, size,
placement, etc of any tattoos, brandings, piercing or other body art like everything mean nothing
to MASTER. MASTER shall have exclusive and unlimited authority on markings just like all
other matters concerning slave.

Note-

If something were to arise and MASTER decided to take slave somewhere that required
clothing, MASTER like everything about slave will decide what slave is to wear. MASTER
agrees not to subject slave to arrest for indecent exposure, but MASTER'S judgment will govern
in all circumstances.
slave's BATHROOM USE

Section 6

Slave is forbidden use the bathroom, except at a fixed time each morning when it will be
required to sit on the toilet until it has completed a daily defecation. The slave will ONLY make
use of the bathroom when granted permission by the Master, under HIS supervision.

slave's EATING & SLEEPING

Section 7
MASTER will provide slave with sufficient periods of rest and sleep in order to remain in good
health. MASTER agrees to allow slave to consume a healthy and balanced nutritional diet.
MASTER has the exclusive right to dictate the place, time, manner and conditions of its eating,
sleeping and drinking. In addition, MASTER has the right to choose what it eats or drinks.
Slave's daily diet unless specified otherwise by MASTER will be only leftover scraps MASTER
provides slave with, in addition to inferior foods suited for a slave. Slave will also drink piss from
MASTER or anyone's piss HE wishes for it to drink. It will sleep in bondage in a cage or on a
bondage table or bed at all times, unless specified otherwise by MASTER. It understand
completely there may be times when it is caged for days, or even weeks straight at a time.
During these times, Master will allow a sufficient amount of exercise, which may only be every
few days. It is also aware there will be times it may not be allowed to eat for long periods of
time, just so MASTER can enjoy watching it suffer. However MASTER will always provide it with
water even if the water has urine in it.

slave Hygiene

Section 8

The slave will always keep itself in a clean, hygienic manner, using facilities and items provided
by its Owners. Slave will keep itself within the standards and manner that is dictated by its
Owners.

slave LIMITATIONS

Section 9

This section must be clear in that it states that the slave will have NO rights or NO limits of any
kind that are not designated by MASTER. The slave will not play any part in deciding what is
done and not done to it, and all limitations are set by MASTER. As a slave it understands it will
have NO rights and NO limits of any kind that are not designated by MASTER. It also
understands that it will never have any say or right of any kind and it will exist as nothing more
than a thing, an object, a slave owned by MASTER. Below will be the following limitations set
forth by MASTER on this unconditional Contract of its service and MASTER'S total control over
it. Except for the limits in this section which it agrees to and again were set by MASTER, there
are none at all. MASTER is in complete control and it hereby authorizes and requests MASTER
from this day on to completely own it and to treat it as it were HIS own body, and do anything
painful, harmful, or helpful that He could legally do to HIMSELF.

GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS

MASTER has the right to limit its movements. MASTER has the absolute right to dictate its
whereabouts at all times and will decide where it lives and exists. MASTER has the right to
exercise this prerogative by physically confining or binding it by any means MASTER desires,
with no limitations on time or method. It understands that it will be restrained, that the restraints
are REAL and that it will NOT be able to get free until MASTER desires to release it. It also
understands that it may be in heavy bondage for days or even weeks at a time, and that it will
be in some type of restraint and bondage selected by MASTER at all times. Chains, collar, and
cuffs at the very least. So with this being known it completely understands it will be in some type
of bondage always for the rest of its life. There will NEVER be a time that its collar isn't on or it is
not wearing bondage.

Note-

The slave is absolutely not allowed on any furniture of any kind or permitted to be on anything
but the floor at any time unless specified otherwise on rare occasions.

MEDICAL CONDITION LIMITATIONS

If slave develops a medical condition, such as allergy, diabetes, that dictates inclusion or
exclusion of certain food and drink, specific exercise regimens, scheduled medications, etc.,
MASTER agrees to abide by the limits of diet, exercise, etc., as required to live with the
condition. MASTER will make sure the slave is adequately provided with anything it may need
medically to remain useful to HIM.

DRUG LIMITATIONS

MASTER will not subject slave to any drugs, legal or illegal whatsoever except for: a) over the
counter medications administered on orders of MASTER if HE desires for some reason. b)
medicines prescribed by a doctor if slave were to need some type of drug. MASTER agrees to
allow it to take prescribed medications on schedule. c) during and for medical sessions.

SEX LIMITATIONS

There is few limitation to what types of sexual service the slave may be used for or be made to
endure. This is NOT a Contract for sexual services and it shall NOT receive anything of value
for engaging in sex. However it completely understands that it will be used for the purpose of
sexual acts. It agree to do so fully, completely, willingly, and to the best of its ability. MASTER
will tell it where, when, and with whom and what sexual activities to undertake. It completely
understands as a slave that sexually its purpose is to please. its pleasure is secondary and
means absolutely nothing to MASTER. MASTER may also forbid it or allow it to engage in
sexual activities with anyone other than HIM. Such activities will include fetish,
sado-masochistic, multi-person and other activities considered by some to be deviant
specifically including human breeding and human oral sex .NOTE: Master Agrees that slave will
not be required to service of interact with animals, childern or females at any time. But as this
Contract continues to indicate slave is well aware of the deviant things that will be done to it.
Except at MASTER’S discretion it agrees to refrain from all sexual activity of every kind and
description, including self-gratification. If slave is caught masturbating without consent by
MASTER it will receive severe punishment. MASTER may also forbid it from engaging in any
sexual activity of any kind for extended periods of time. It understands that it may not be allowed
to touch itself ever. Slave agrees to fully obey all of these limitations if and when they are
imposed and for however long they be imposed.

Note-

It understands it will wear a chastity device that will only be unlocked by MASTER when HE
wishes it to be unlocked. It also understands MASTER may not allow it to cum for days, weeks,
or months at a time, and it will be forbidden from asking for relief on pain of the same
punishment it will receive for unauthorized masturbation.

slave's SAFETY

MASTER will not expose slave to unsafe sexual activity. MASTER will NEVER expose slave to
any activity which could conceivably expose slave to HIV or other STDs. Such unauthorized
potential exposure would obviously be unsafe and could seriously damage the MASTER's
property. MASTER agrees HE will never permanently damage slave seriously in anyway or
bring serious harm to it, other than what is within the rights of the slave limitations set by
MASTER in this Contract.

WORKING

Section 11

This slave may or may not hold regular employment; it is signing this Contract as a working
slave. MASTER may order slave to perform physical duties on HIS behalf and may hire out its
labor without compensation of any kind to slave. Slave will be subjected to some form of work
around MASTER's house daily. The labor will be hard and slave will be beaten while working. It
will also at times be subjected to wearing clamps and clothespins while working. It agrees to
serve diligently, completely and to the best of its ability at all times. It will not receive anything for
its work, any wages or salary will be in the control of MASTER. If slave was to work at another
location the slave will still be as it always is. The slave would remain this way under the total
watch of its MASTER. The slave will never know any title except slave always. It is not entitled
to worker’s compensation, social security (FICA) or other insurances or taxes. It understands
completely that it serves under a slave Contract for no compensation and will receive $0.00 in
wages. No matter how many hours slave may work it will never see any funds nor make any
money. That it is not an employee can be demonstrated by the IRS test that it CANNOT quit this
slave Contract.
HEALTH & FITNESS

Section 12

This slave asserts that it isd in good physical and mental health at this time, have no known
illness, conditions, disease, allergy or other ailment, unless otherwise noted on the attached
Medical Form. If it has withheld any known or suspected physical/mental ailment from the
MASTER, it holds HIM harmless from any recourse, legal or otherwise the slave, its heirs or
assignees may have. MASTER will allow slave to remain in great health at all times. It agrees,
at MASTER discretion to submit to every form of examination by health care professionals,
fitness experts and others MASTER deems desirable. It agrees to submit to any treatment or
course or regimen MASTER orders.

PUNISHMENT TORTURE BEATINGS

Section 13

Like all sections of this slave Contract it must be totally clear and precise and there must be no
confusion to the slavery that the slave is entering. However this section is overly important
because there CANNOT be any confusion with this paragraph whatsoever because of the
nature of the severity of what will occur. MASTER may enforce HIS orders by physical, corporal
punishment or various types. Some of the methods of discipline used will be whips, canes,
paddles, an being beaten with many different implements. It understands the beatings and
whippings are very REAL. They WILL hurt, may leave temporary or permanent marks on its
body and will bruise, from mild to severe. MASTER may enforce HIS orders by physical force at
any given time. In short, by MAKING it to do what He wants done, MASTER may apply corporal
punishment and/or force either for a lapse in its behavior, or just simply for HIS enjoyment,
amusement and gratification. This may include mild to severe torture but some type of torture
everyday including the possibility to use slaves’ body for medical session, and electro torture.
Again it understands completely that it MAY receive some form of torture daily. So again it is
signing this Contract knowingly and realizing that it will be subjected to beatings and torture. It
understands that the beatings and torture will be painful. Slave will accept any punishment
MASTER desires to use on this slave. MASTER agrees never to seriously or permanently
damage or injure slave.

HOLDING HARMLESS

Section 14

This slave submits to this Contract and to the treatment here described entirely of its own free
will and volition and for its own reasons. It enter into this Contract solely and entirely at its own
risk, knowing that it is becoming a slave. This slave, for itself, its heirs, its assigns, and all other
parties of any description, hereby agree to hold MASTER harmless, and release HIM from all
liability of any kind. It understands completely that it entered into slavery knowing it would
endure many beatings, torture and inhumane things. MASTER and other participants in these
activities would NOT be liable in any way, unless it is a blatant disregard of the Contract, by
MASTER.

Possessions

Section 15

As a slave it will own NOTHING not its body, its mind, or soul; it will be the legal property of
MASTER. It understands completely that it will exist simply as an object owned by MASTER.
Slave will liquidate all assets and all monies derived from this liquidation, will be given to the
Master upon arrival. Anything the slave may be provided with and all items on the slave will
belong completely to MASTER. Dildos, butt plugs, collar, leashes, chains, clamps, any bondage
or slave device, dog bowls, or the cage slave sleeps in etc, will all be the property of MASTER.
It understands completely that as a slave it will own absolutely NOTHING. As a slave for the rest
of its life it will never own a single possession.

Name

Section 16

MASTER has the exclusive right to change its name to anything HE desires to call it, whether it
is a new name or something more suitable to its lowly status as a slave, such as bitch, slut,
whore, pussy, piece of shit, etc. HE may change its name legally or just for HIS own purposes. It
will accept its new name and never question it, just like anything else as a slave. If asked by
anyone, it will never deny its name or its identity, or what or who it is. It also understands that
the identity it once knew will be gone forever.

Section 17

Model Restriction

Slave wishes to totally disappear from it's present life and relocate to an area where it will not be
exposed to any portions of it former life. Master agrees that under no circumstances shall
Master publish photographs, movies, video, or any sprcific information that could possibly be
viewed by anyone from it's former life.

TV Computers Etc

Section 18
The slave under absolutely NO circumstances will EVER be allowed to watch TV, use a
telephone, computer or any other thing that would definitely be considered a luxury. As
indicated by this Contract NOTHING in slave's life will be remotely close to a luxury but instead
a constant humiliation and degradation and bondage. Slave will have no contact with the
outside world of any kind and must maintain its constant focus and dedication on serving,
obeying, and pleasing its MASTER.

Other Provisions: Severability; Assign ability

Section 19

This statement not withstanding, it specifically desires none, or at least the minimum amount of
government interference in this Contract. If any part of this Contract is held to be invalid, the
remainder stands as written and the invalid part is changed as slightly as possible to give
MASTER as much latitude and as many rights and privileges as possible. In similar fashion, in
any disagreement of interpretation, MASTER'S desire shall prevail.

This Contract may be broken only by MASTER and there are only 2 possible ways this Contract
could be broken. Neither of the 2 ways can be broken by the slave. Once the signing of this
Contract is finished the slave will NEVER know freedom again. Below indicates how it can be
broken.

1) MASTER at any given time may sell slave to another MASTER. Upon clear violation by
MASTER of HIS authority as listed above. Although this would be the more unlikely of the two
ways out of the Contract since MASTER has set all limits for slave HIMSELF and has complete
and total power over slave. Although if MASTER were to clearly violate one of the limits HE has
set for the slave this would terminate the Contract.

Note-However MASTER'S violation would in no way result in the freedom of slave.

Once this Contract is signed it will remain a slave to someone for life even if the Contract is
violated by MASTER. Slave will remain enslaved; it just could not be a slave to HIM anymore. In
this case slave would be given to another OWNER by MASTER.

Note- This slave understands this Contract CANNOT be broken by it the slave, EVER. By
signing this Contract it knows it will NEVER know freedom AGAIN.

Selling of the slave

Section 20

MASTER may choose to sell this slave at any given time at HIS own discretion as mentioned
above. Should MASTER desire to sell slave, HE may do so without consent of slave in choice of
new OWNER. Slave is obligated to agree to sale and may not choose to end this Contract if
MASTER desires to sell slave and discontinue ownership. Slave understands completely, that it
will NEVER be free again, no matter if MASTER no longer wants slave. MASTER wants this
slave to be a slave always even if sold by HIM. This slave understands that by signing this
Contract it is knowingly realizing it will remain a slave for the rest of its life. It does not matter
how many OWNERS slave may have, and all of slave's OWNERS will see that slave is never
free again. For example slave could live another 50 years or more, and still will always remain
as nothing more than a slave. Slave also understands it may be sold into slavery under even
harsher circumstances than this. This slave understands it may be sold to an OWNER that
wants to keep it in a dungeon/torture chamber environment for years or to an OWNER that may
want to breed slave with dogs/animals, etc. No matter what type of slavery it enters in, slave
again will accept its position in slavery and will serve its new OWNER to the fullest extent of his
ability, just like it had done with MASTER. Once slave's sale to a new Owner is completed,
slave will then be the property of his new OWNER and ALL provisions of this Contract will
remain fully in intact.

UNBREAKABLE FINAL SALE

ENSLAVED FOR LIFE

Section 21

Unbreakable final sale means exactly that there is no possible way that this slave will see
freedom again for the rest of its life. It understands completely that this Contract is totally
irreversible, or unbreakable in any way once signed. The signing of this Contract will be the last
decision the slave will ever make on its own. Once this Contract is signed by this slave it is the
legal property, possession, thing, merchandise, chattel, and slave of MASTER for a maximum
duration period of a lifetime. The word lifetime means that the slave will be enslaved for life.
MASTER agrees that the slave will be enslaved for life. It understands completely there is
absolutely NO possible way it will EVER be free again. This slave will never have any other title
than slave. It will remain a slave and human property for the rest of its natural existence. It
understands that once this Contract is signed, the life that it once knew will no longer exist. All
past life that the slave once knew will be gone and all thoughts and emotions will be dictated by
MASTER and slave will be focused 24/7/365 on serving, obeying and pleasing its MASTER.

Beginning SLAVERY

Section 22

This slave has read this Contract closely and completely understands that it is signing a
Contract to enter slavery.

There are no other provisions and it knows that by signing this Contract it is willingly entering
into slavery, fully understanding there is absolutely NO way out. It understands completely that it
is becoming Owned property. It also understands that it will be a 24/7/365 LIFETIME slave, to
be used and abused, with NO rights, limits, or any say in anything EVER. It also understands
that being a slave is not an easy life as indicated by this Contract but instead a very hard life. It
also fully understands that it will be subjected to very cruel, harsh, and dehumanizing things by
MASTER. It understands as stated above that it will endure extreme torture and extreme
beatings, as well as extreme humiliation and degradation every day, regularly. It also
understands that the abuse, torture, beatings, etc WILL NEVER STOP. This slave will NOT ask
for its freedom because this would only result in it being beaten for asking and of course its
request would be denied. The purpose of this Contract is so that it understands what it is
committing itself to. It is completely aware of everything before signing this Contract, and it has
no other questions. This slave AGREES to be a slave for the rest of its life.

No insurance or retirement benefits will ever be provided to slave at any time. Slaves do not
earn or have rights to such. Medical, dental and health care will be provided by the Master as
HE deems necessary.

Any slave who becomes infirm and/or unable to perform it's duties, shall be cared for by the
other slaves in the Master's home until it's death, sold, given away or disposed of. slave retains
option to end it's life, with Master's approval, at such a time slave is unable to be a benefit to it's
Master.

A slave should always be a benefit to its owner and never a burden. Being a proper slave is to
always seek to serve the Master with its best, never expect anything from the Master in return,
and to always be thankful for what the Master does grant to the slave.

"Slave Rules"

1. slave will always be nude, except when otherwise necessary.

2. slave will always be bound, except when this restricts it's movements to fulfill it's duties.

3. slave will never leave the cage or cell , without Master getting it out.

4. slave will turn over all money, clothes, valuables and papers upon arrival.

5. slave will never use furniture.

6. slave will never be allowed any TV, computer or phone privileges.

9. slave will have no limits and no rights.

7. slave will eat a nutritious, balanced diet of food in the form of scraps, gruel, or slop.
8. slave will be in the cage or cell at any time it is not being used.

9. slave will always be locked in a chastity device unless its cock and balls/ass are in use.

10. slave will always sleep bound in the cage or restrained in some way (chains, ropes,
wrist/ankle restraints, straight jacket, collar leg irons, shackles)

11. slave will not be allowed to speak unless spoken to and only then when instructed to speak
or when answering a question or replying to an order.

12. slave will be known by ____________________________________ from now on and will

13. slave will under no circumstances will be released from slavery. When slave is sold, slave
will go to an OWNER who will continue this Contract and provide just as extreme of conditions.

14. slave will have limited contact with the outside world to perform service for the Master.

15. Master may change, add to or delete any or all of these at any time with or without notice.

16. If any of these rules are broken, the slave will be severely punished.
