GrowCareer (a product of TechAtWork Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gurugram based recruitment tech start-up
bringing a standardised, scientific and data driven approach in hiring blue collar workforce in India. India
needs over 50 mn of such workforce in the next 5 years, and the total estimated size of recruitment
market (mostly offline) is Rs. 10-12k Crore. The hiring in this segment is highly unorganised, largely
offline and hardly technology enabled. We are building a Full Stack Recruitment platform for Higher Blue
and Entry White Collar (Grey Collar) workforce of India. Our product (under development) is Mobile First,
uses a highly data driven and AI enabled approach to solve the problems of efficiency, quality and build
trust.

The Company has invited CVs from the interested & eligible students, for the following Position

Position : Full Stack Developer

GrowCareer is looking to hire smart a Full Stack Developers who are passionate about taking up ideas
and bringing them to life. 

Key responsibilities are:

-You will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development.

-You will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design,
architecture, development, documentation, testing and operations.

-Responsible for architecting deployments for High availability, scalability and reliability

-You will build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.

-You will ensure compliance with build/release and configuration management process.

-You will push your design and architecture limits for new product development.

Skills required:

0-2 years of hands-on experience (in college/internship/full time projects) developing complex
enterprise/consumer facing software systems. Student should be from CS/ IT/ EC streams.

-You have developed complex software products that include scale, algorithmic complexity and huge
amount of data.
-You have done development across multiple browsers/ mobile platforms delivering quality consumer
products that delight the users.

-You have worked on Mobile & Desktop development from scratch using purely HTML, CSS, JavaScript
and React JS.

-You have experience of building and working with APIs.

-A deep working knowledge of AWS Cloud services would be an added advantage

-Full Stack development experience in multiple projects, with experience in building Javascript web
software with focus on Front-end frameworks e.g. React, Angular, Node and backend development
experience.

-Good working knowledge and experience in adhering to software development life cycle best practices
including test-driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.

Must have skills

-Should be able to handle complexity and jump at the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to
delivery projects within tight deadlines

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly

-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present and convey ideas

-Strong attention to detail; action-oriented attitude, and willingness to roll up sleeves

-Curious to explore emerging technologies and learn new things

Job Location :     Gurgaon

Salary       :     Rs 4lakh/a + Variable
