DATE : October 22, 2019

1. Reference: VI of Chief of Police.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on


October 20, 2020 at about 8:00 AM six (6) intel operative of this station undergone
swab test due to the one (1) PNP Personnel, four (4) PUPCs and one (1) Job Order
from LGU initially found positive for COVID-19. Said examination yielded one (1)
PNP Personnel named PCpl Alvin C Villaceran found positive for COVID-19. Said
PNP Personnel quarantine at Baliwag Quarantine Facility (Malasakit Center) situated
at Brgy. Pagala, Baliwag, Bulacan. Attached are the swab test result.
