PETES CLINIC
ONLINE CLINIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
1.INTRODUCTIN
A web application which enables a patient to plan and book a
consulting time for doctor.This application provides with the patient
asset of services from which any of them can be selected as their
desire.Certain services provides are being assaigned the booked
consulting time by the management.
OVERALL DESCRIPTION.
The objective of this project is to develop a system that automates
the process and activites of PETES CLINIC.In this project we will make
an easier task for bookin a consulting time for doctor for the
patients.In this present system the costumer has to approach the
manager for booking the consulting time also finds the other services
for the patients.This process requires a lot of time and a big
effort.We thereby provide approach skill to enable the clients to
book the doctors time for a consirted time.They can also pre book
their required time schedule as per their times.There will be a
manager or the friont officer whon can cheque bookings from the
patients and also can edit modify their details.Manager can view and
edit services and can assaign regestried service providers according
to the bookings.
There are total 3 main users in this system;

Here is doctor as the manager who is the person who perfomes the
overall m,anagement of this system.He\she can view the costumer
and their booking,services,consulrting and thereby assaign consulting
to the costumer add and thereby delete the service etc…..
Patient
Here is the patient as the important person in the term of this
project.He or she can book a specific consulting time and can select
the desired sevices.The management provides them wit the sutable
service providers which will help tjem to save the services.
The service providers
These people are the intermediate persons who maintain healthy
association with the management system.They can register to the
application by providing the sufficient details about the clinic and the
service they provide.They will provided with the contact information
of the costumers whom they can make contact directly attain the
business by the providing pre fixed commission of the management.
This project is designed by using
HTML,CSS,PHP MySQL and the back end.This web application projet
can run any operating system make this cross plan.You can only need
abrowser to access the website.
SYSTEM FEATURES
MODULE1 LOGGIN AND SIGNIN
All the users will be able to sign in by providing the essential
crediantials and then signin to the avail services.The patients are
supposed to provide detaIs like their Names,Age ,Aadhaar ,Phone
number etc…..The service providers are supposed to provided the
details about the clinic and the various service providres.
MODULE2 BOOKING
In this module the patients who are signed in can book the clinic
consulting time for the specific date.The application refers the
database to cheque wheather the data is available for the booking.
MODULE 3 THE SERVICE
The service are the set by the manager\doctor according to the
current marketing trend.The service providers at the time of sigin in
can select the service that they provide and then they will be
assaigned work differently by the manager.
