As we begin our new journey toward local good governance, it is recommended that we
conduct a benchmarking activity with the entire technical working team as well as the
delegation of your good office to generate learning ideas and collect good governance
practices. This way, we can begin our journey with knowledge that will guide us in our
pursuit of the seal of good local governance

In this light, we have chosen the city of San Fernando Pampanga as our benchmarking host
city. The city was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Seal of Good Local Governance. We
plan to visit the city on August 16-19, 2022.

We look forward to your participation in this activity, along with the city administrator Ms.
Shandee Llido-Pestaño and your team.

Furthermore, the participants’ travel expenses shall be charged to their respective offices
/mother units. Please find attached list of participants.
