Designation: Management Trainee

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

Candidate will be primarily responsible for:

 Working on strategic projects like Fintech, wealth management inclusive of research and analysis to advise
recommendations
 Detailed study of portfolio companies and post monitoring to advise senior management with structured risk meter
on any critical information
 Building detailed market intelligence reports consisting legal, regulatory, taxation, social media and secondary
research on companies investigating potential risks, frauds and regulatory compliance of corporate clients and
investors.
 Understanding audit reports and reading regulatory compliance. Making financial statements for the management
and highlighting key developments.
 Collaborate with internal business teams and help them on strategic initiatives, credit proposals and business
support
 Analyzing data like Debt Mutual Fund Schemes for generating business insights
 Support different functions like Talent Acquisition team with due diligence, secondary research, and insights

Candidate’s Profile:
 Good communication & interpersonal skill
 Aggressive/ “Go - Getter attitude”
 Should be good at number crunching, data analysis & interpretation of the same with a solid hands on experience in
MS-Office ( Word, excel & PowerPoints)
 Detail oriented, precise, organized and able to work independently and manage / prioritize multiple tasks
simultaneously

Experience: 0-2 years / also open to Fresher who are interested in the given Job Role

Qualification: MBA/ MMS/PGDBM (Finance)

Reporting To: Domain/Vertical Head

Industry Preferred: Financial Services (Investment Banking/ Banks / Broking/ KPOs)
