Executive Summary
A. Business Name
Friska Kropek is the name used by the business. Friska - a
Swedish word for healthy. A small business that is the first of
its land in Roxas to serve crispy and healthy that is essentially
made of domestically grown products that are chemical and
preservative-free.
B. Business Location
Friska Kropek will be located in the HC Commercial Building
at Bagumbayan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro the mini food business
will secure two near-lease of the vacant area. The lease contract
has an option of renewal for two years depending on the financial
strength of the mini food business.
C. Vision
To be a vehicle of consciousness in the market and to serve
happiness through delicious healthy snack which inspires,
promotes and supports well-being for all its customers and
community.

To delight and nourish our customers by providing great-
tasting, nutritious food, and solutions for conscious and
healthy living along with quality service at all times.

CHAPTER II
GENERAL COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Friska Kropek is a kind of mini food business wherein it
was established through the cooperation and partnership of its
six owners namely Haries Ureta, Angel Rose Gacute, Daniella De
Castro, Baby Jane Pampo, Wenielyn Fernandez, and Allen Reiben
Adap. The said owners shall give their counterparts may it be
financial or industrial capital. The partnership is built to be
able to revolutionize the mini food business in the eyes of the
community and provide high-quality products that will meet the
demands and desires of the consumers.
The idea of Friska Kropek is to provide a great place to
come and eat, enjoy a healthy snack and leave happy with the
intent of coming back when hunger strikes again. With a tagline
of “Feel it, eat it, grab it”.
CHAPTER III

We are offering a Kropek product with the fusion of
different flavors, flavors that make it healthier for the sake
of everyone. Not just a common Kropek but has great benefits and
the crispiness it has.

MARKETING PLAN
A Marketing Plan is a business document outlining your
marketing strategy and tactics. It’s often focused on a specific
period and covers a variety of marketing-related details, such
as costs, goals, and action steps.
The purpose of the Marketing Plan is to clearly show what
steps or actions will be taken to achieve the plan goals.

The main target of our mini food business is teens,
children, and adults. As we can see on the pie graph, teens and
children have both bigger amount of percentages because they are
the people who usually love to eat food such as crackers
especially if it is unique to their taste. We offer the same
wants of the teens and the children that both of them can afford
and will satisfy their taste. We will focus on budget-friendly
food since most of our customers are children and teens.

CHAPTER V
OPERATING PLAN
An Operational Plan is a process of planning strategic
goals and objectives to tactical goals and objectives. It
describes milestones, conditions for success and explains how,
or what portion of, a strategic plan will be put into operation
during a given operational period.
Friska Kropek is located in the HC Commercial Building at
Bagumbayan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, and below is the production
process.

Ingredients

3 cups of water
Flavor (pulverized malunggay leaves, chopped into small
pieces of carrots or onions or garlic)
Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients and materials needed.
2. Pour your flour, pepper, baking powder, salt, yeast, cups
of water, and the desired flavor into a medium-sized bowl.
3. Mix all the ingredients until it becomes uniform.
4. Put some oil in the molder and put the mixture.
5. Prepare and boil water for steaming.
6. Once it boils, put the molder in the steamer and let it
steam.
7. After five minutes, remove the molder from the steamer and
put the steamed mixture on another plate and let it cool
down.
8. Let it dry under the sun.
9. After that cut it into small pieces and dry it again for
few days to make it crispier.
10. Then it is now ready to fry.
11. Pack. Put the label. Seal. Serve.

The business estimated an average sales of P10,000 on its
first month of operation. Assuming the growth rate of 20% on its
sales will remain constant in the future after the first month.
The business uses the same rate for the next month (May) and for
its following months (June – March). As we can see in the graph,
the month of April has P5,000 expenses and P20,000 of sales.
Expenses increase its amount of P1000 in every following month
as assume by the business while its sales increases with the
growth rate as mentioned above.
