Electrical Audit & Safety Report

Rabi Enterprise conducted an electrical audit of Dhakeswari Bastralaya. They tested the connected load, electrical installations, and earthing at the property. For the connected load, they found the total load was not properly connected phase-wise on each floor. Electrical installations tests showed readings of 100Megh between each phase and neutral. Earth testing results showed the ground earthing and lightning arrester were in good working order and within specification. Rabi concluded the electrical wiring, earthing, and equipment were in safe condition for use.

EARTHING FITNESS CERTIFICATE FOR WHOLE BUILDING

As your order on us we have tested and checked the Ground Earthing & Lightning Arrester on
09/11/2021.

The Reports are as under:

Testing result for Lightning Arrester :

Between Lighting Arrester I & Ground Earth II 0.2 Ohms


Between Lighting Arrester II & Ground Earth I 0.2 Ohms

Specification of Lightning earthing :

Electrode: 40mm dia X 3.2 Mtrs long perforated galvanized pipe electrode 2nos.
Connection: 40mm X 6mm G.I. strip between electrode & earth bar 2nos.

Testing result for ground earth :

1. Earth testing result -


Between E1 & E2 =0.5 Ohms
Ground Earthing Between E1 & Neutral =0.1 Volts
Ground Earthing Between E2 & Neutral =0.1 Volts

2. Specification of ground earthing -


Electrode: 40mm dia 3.2 mtrs long perforated galvanized pipe electrode 2nos.
Connection: 40mm X 6mm G.I. Strip between electrode & earth bar 2nos.

REMARKS :

The all electrical wiring are in good order and safe condition. There are no leakages & electrical
equipments are
well connected with the Earthing & it is safe for usage.
