To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my strong interest in the RN New Grad Post Critical

Care Unit position. I am a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a
genuine passion for patient care, I am excited to contribute my skills and
knowledge to your esteemed healthcare facility.

In December of this year I will have obtained my degree in Bachelor of

Science in Nursing program at The University of Arizona. I have completed
rigorous coursework in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and nursing
fundamentals. These theoretical foundations, combined with hands-on
clinical experiences in diverse healthcare settings, have equipped me with a
solid understanding of nursing practices and the ability to provide high-
quality care.

Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently demonstrated excellent

communication skills, both with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare
teams. I possess the ability to listen attentively, empathize, and effectively
convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner. These
interpersonal skills enable me to establish rapport with patients and ensure
their comfort and well-being while promoting optimal health outcomes.

In addition, I have developed a strong sense of adaptability and critical

thinking through my clinical rotations in various healthcare units. These
experiences have enhanced my ability to remain calm under pressure, make
swift and accurate decisions, and effectively prioritize tasks in dynamic and
fast-paced environments. I am eager to apply these skills and further refine
them as a valuable member of your nursing team.

Moreover, I am passionate about ongoing professional development and

actively seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I am eager to
learn from experienced nurses and continuously contribute to the
advancement of evidence-based nursing practices at Tucson Medical Center.
I am confident that my strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and
commitment to patient-centered care align perfectly with the values upheld
by your esteemed institution.

I have attached my resume for your review, which provides a comprehensive

overview of my education, clinical experiences, and relevant skills. I would
appreciate the opportunity to discuss my qualifications further and explore
how my dedication and enthusiasm can contribute to the success of your
nursing team. Thank you for considering my application.

Yours sincerely,
Carolina Medina
