backwash level.
5.4 Inlet connection
Two inlets can be connected to the Drainbox. On the cover
of the lifting system there are two connections made ready.
With the included rubber seals, you have the possibility to
connect one line DN 40 and one line DN 30.
The inlet openings must be cut in case of need from the
bottom side of the cover. The seals are then inserted from
above into the inlet ports and the inlet pipes can be
plugged in.
With an optional sticked socket (can be ordered separatly),
a lateral inlet can be made. This inlet has to be installed at
least 120 mm above the bottom of the system.
Finally the cover can be fastend with the clamps.
5.5 Ventilation
The waste-water lifting unit is fitted with an activated
carbon filter. It requires no separate exhaust line.
Of course, however, an external exhaust line can be
connected. For this purpose, the activated carbon filter has
to be removed. A pipe DN 50 can be connected now.
6 Starting up
All piping connections has to be checked for correct
installation before starting up.
• Plug in mains plug
• Fill unit with water until the pump starts automatically.
• Check all piping connections for tightness.
When the float switch is sunken and the pump stops, no
water must flow back into the system!
7 Maintenance
Correct functioning and quiet running of the pump should
be checked regularly. Failure can be prevented this way.
The pump should be inspected and cleaned for at least
once a year.
