Breakfast 10:30 1 ragi dosa + green chila / ragi 1 cup of vegetable poha + 1 2pc rice veg uttpam + vegetable oats toast 2pc + 2 4pc rice appe omellete +
AM-11:30 AM java 1 glass medium bowl curd chutney upma boiled egg white with chutney chutney

1 cup sabudana water 30 gm roasted 1 glass lemon


Mid Morning 1pm 1 bowl of papaya (150-200g) 1 pomegranate (powder ) makhana water 1 pomegranate melon 1katori

Start your lunch with


salads 1 bowl of cucumber + 1 blanched carrot salad with dressing- 1 teaspoon olive oil/ extra virgin coconut oil + salt + pepper

2 rice/jowar roti
stuffed with carrot
2pc dosa (stuffed and bottle gourd
rice 1cup with pumpkin with potato) with with green
curd rice 1 bowl+ jeera aloo rice 1cup with tori 1 bowl+ 3pc sabzi and cucumber chutney+ 3egg chutney + soya matar pulao 1cup vegetable
Lunch 3-4 P.M 1katori steamed chicken raita 1 katori whites buttermilk 1 bowl + curd pulao with curd

Post 30 mins of lunch 1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder in 1/2 glass water

8 soaked 1 bowl of puffed 2 boiled egg


Evening6-7 P.M.& mid 1 katori roasted makhana+ 1 1 katori puffed rice bhel 1 katori makhana almonds + ginger rice bhel + ginger whites + ginger
night if required green tea 1 cup vegetable soup + ginger water + ginger water water water water

1cup rice +tori curry egg salad 1 bowl + quinoa pulao 1 bowl
1cup rice + 1 bowl bottle gourd curry+ 1cup rice + tinda curry 1 bowl + egg fried rice 1 cup + 1cup rice + soya 1 bowl + jeera pumpkin soup 1 + carrot beetroot
Dinner 9-11 P.M. 1katori jeera aloo chutney+ sauteed fish 3pc pumpkin soup matar curry 1bowl aloo1katori bowl soup 1 bowl

Post 30 mins of dinner 1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder in 1/2 glass water

Bed time 1 glass gond ka tira water -1 tsp - soaked -8 hrs

Do 10 minutes of meditation before sleep
