INTRODUCTION

In the dynamic landscape of today’s globalized economy, the delivery service sector plays a
pivotal role in connecting businesses with consumers. As e-commerce continues to soar and
consumer expectations for fast, reliable, and cost-effective deliveries escalate, the study of
delivery services becomes increasingly vital. A pioneering logistics firm dedicated to
revolutionizing the industry through cutting-edge technology, innovative solutions, and a
commitment to superior customer service. With a vision to transform the way businesses
approach transportation and supply chain management, TEAM PASUYO will stand as a
beacon of efficiency and reliability in an ever-evolving market all though out the vicinity of
Pioduran, Albay. This firm will give rise to the importance of the delivery services that will
connect businesses and consumers quickly and efficiently.

Demand is always followed by supply. This has been proven towards the necessities brought
by the pandemic. In their recent article featuring the urgency of the new normal delivery
courier services, various establishments have vied for their own edge in a fast-rising
business sector in the Philippines. Establishments such as J&T Express offer a cunning edge
in fast yet reliable deliveries, with a 24/7 customer service, and an all-year round operation.
Not only that, but they also market their service with a real-time tracking system with prices
that are inexpensive yet do not forsake the quality of the service being offered. While
Fastrack Courier offers the same amenities, they are mostly known for their efficient
logistics solutions that landed their title as the most trusted in Metro Manila. However, it
does not offer the same wide range of vicinity compared to Ninja Van Philippines, as they
cater their own edge of delivering parcels to wherever in the Philippines. Ninja Van has also
gained consumers’ trust with their flexible parcel pick-ups and cash-on delivery options
(2020, Dones and Young, Same-day delivery services). As given by Dones & Young, these
play a vital role in the continuous flow for goods all throughout the Philippine economy .

Nonetheless, due to its recently developed popularity in the business sector, satisfaction
rates are not widely compared for consumers and further studies are yet to observe their
sustainability. Some of the on-demand delivery services were Lalamove (which provides on-
demand or same-day pickup and delivery services straight to the recipient through app-
based transactions), GrabExpress (parcels being delivered from one place to another with
full transparency made possible through their business-developed application), and Angkas
Padala (high-demanded roadside delivery service wherein a sender or recipient meets the
biker in a respective place to deliver or receive a certain package through the use of their
Angkas App). However, despite the convenience and efficiency in these fast-growing
industries, no studies were further made on how sustainable or how satisfactory their
services are met by consumer demands. (2020, Mark Sison, Limitations)

In connection with the statements above, this study endeavors to unravel the intricate
dynamics of delivery services, shedding light on the challenges and opportunities within the
last mile, while concurrently exploring innovative strategies to enhance overall logistics
efficiency and customer satisfaction. Just like how everyone got attached to delivery and
transportation services like Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Joyride, J&T and many other on-
demand delivery platforms, our firm, TEAM PASUYO aims to be one of the most patronized
systematic delivery services providers all around the premises of Pioduran, Albay that can
accommodate: parcel delivery, food delivery, product errands, and for hire transportations
but not limited to these services offered.

Driven by a passion for seamless logistics and a relentless pursuit of excellence, our
company TEAM PASUYO has been built upon a foundation of expertise, reliability, and a
forward-thinking approach to meet the diverse and complex needs of businesses in a rapidly
changing global landscape. With a focus on advanced logistics solutions and a customer-

This research aims to assess the different criteria on using the chosen same day delivery couriers
namely TEAM PASUYO which is a logistics firm providing end-to-end solutions to optimize
supply chain operations. With a focus on efficiency, technology, and customer satisfaction,
we aim to revolutionize the logistics industry. The essence of TEAM PASUYO, a
groundbreaking logistics firm set to transform last-mile delivery in Pioduran, Albay. Through
a strategic analysis of industry trends and established providers, the firm adopts a
comprehensive approach, encompassing competitive pricing, skilled personnel investment,
and technological integration. The study explores sustainable logistics models for startups,
shedding light on market dynamics and advocating collaboration to meet the distinctive
needs of Pioduran, Albay, in the evolving landscape of local logistics.

Here, they can choose the location of the errand they want us to do

The admin will verify their order and contact details and if there are no issues, then the admin can
approve or decline the order.

The admin has the authority to choose the Pasuyo Rider accordingly.

The admin was notified that the allocation of the rider was successful.

STEP 7: (Rider)

The rider will sign in in the Pasuyo application.

The rider will verify the orders/instructions and will decide whether to accept or to decline it. If
declining happened, the admin of the system will pass the order to another rider.

Our target market includes students from different schools from high schools to colleges,
employees of different establishments, and people who lack of time and need to run
errands, but also not limited to e-commerce businesses, manufacturers, retailers, and
distributors looking for reliable and cost-effective delivery services. The TEAM PASUYO will
be rendering their services within the vicinity of/around Pioduran, Albay, Philippines.

Our pricing structure is competitive, based on the specific services required. Labor costs are
reflective of skilled professionals dedicated to ensuring top-notch service quality.
Maintenance costs are factored into our budget to maintain our fleet and facilities at

Labor Cost

Our labor expense, starting at 350 pesos are reflective of our skilled and dedicated
workforce. We invest in our personnel, providing continuous training and support to ensure
a proficient team that delivers high-quality service. There will be an additional ₱100.00 gas
allowance per day. 50 pesos of that labor expense is going to the monthly insurance for the
safety of the rider.

The TEAM PASUYO allocated an initial capital of 50,000 pesos for creating a system for our
firm to secure that our logistics business is systematic, fast and reliable in integrating a high-
end quality service.
Maintenance Cost

We allocate a significant portion of our budget to regularly maintain the technological


upgrades to ensure operational excellence and reliability in our services.
